[Q] How To install Cyanogenmod on Galaxy J1

Hello,
I got a new Galaxy J1 and i want to install on it cyanogenmod ... but i can't find anything usefull Pleaasse help

CM not avaliable for now mybe samsung got lollipop on this device

port it to your device using kitchen

Use tools like ROM porter to port a rom.

It is 4.4.4

Cm12 is a different type of rom to port actually hardest to port.
Due to its all system files inside a .dat file fornat it uses

have you found any custom roms for J100h ? you know there are other roms aside from cyanogenmod,, like the AOKP , PACMAN ROMS OR THE PARANOID,,

This is a new device and to expect for the officisl cyanogen you have to wait till 4 to 6 months

Found anything yet? Im also searching for any ccustom mods for j1 like Cyanogen, but i cant find any

for now nothing maybe than release cyanogem mod with lollipop 5.1 or lollipop 5 CM

Hey there...can anyone port the marshmalllow rom of galaxy j7 2016 edition to j7 2015???if anybody can then pls tell....i ll very grateful to the person.......

Thats a great idea as there is no guarantee that j7 2015 will receive marshmallow update

I am looking forward to do this portation as no one is producing so much interest on this......bt the one thing is that i need the the original rom of j710f .....then only i can port it to j7 2015 edition....the rom is still not released in sammobile.com.....

1. Odin would not allow u to flash
2. Lollipop Bootloader cannot boot MM i think...
We tried we all got bootloops

Are theyre any roms specific or ported for the new 2016 Tmobile j700t or metro j700t1 not the older j7
Or is this is because twrp is so new for these two carrier models.

Do galaxy on 8 and galaxy j7 2016 have same rom.if same can i use all the mods and roms of this forum on my galaxy on 8.also can i have a dedicated forum of my phone .because in india a llot of people do own galaxy on 8.

Maybe a Dev here can port a ROM for you if you ask nicely

As you can see Uncle Sammy used the Exynos 7580 chip set in many handsets .....
A7 (2016), A5 (2016), S5 Neo
Each of these fons have had their firmware ported for the J7 (2015) on this forum.

Have tried all twrp variants fir j7 2015 on ON8 but none worked,apllied all tricks, none worked.
Wanna root and custom twrp for this.
It has exynos 7580,same as of j7 2015.
Only a red warning message is displayed on flashing twrp
RECOVERY NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING.
Please help

Will not work becoz here is only same confi. They are different devices on8 is j7xlte and j700h is i think j7xelte.
2nd reason twrp never worked for on8 i tried many times
It gone soft briked.
So changes is required in folders of j700h custom roms to work on on8(j7xlte)
1.Firmware folder
2. Etc folder
3. App folder in system
4. Meta inf (Update script will be different )

I did it bro its not working showing error as I said
:- installation ended with error 7
I used cm13 and Pavan,s rom
