Hi,
I have rooted, 7.0 Stock Rom installed SM-9300 device and i want to change system language to Turkish.
I dowloaded Language Enabler app and MoreLocale2 app to do it but, bot of them are not working efficiently.
Half of the device is Turkish and the other half is English.
So, is there anyway the to make device full Turkish, like other normal android devices ?

I need Polish language and there is not Polish language in my HTC Sensation which is originally from the UK. It's very sad as in SMS messages I can choose it as a second language for dictionary word "predictions".
How to install Polish language which is not factory preinstalled on my HTC S?
As for now I was advised to use Morelocale2 from Android Market but haven't check it yet. Hope to sort it out with factory language.

you can install a different keyboard.
i like multiling ( + install the polish pack for predictions )
you need root permissions to install another language, and we're not there yet.
morelocale2 should help you. I completely russified a UK Desire by doing that. Russian keyboard also became available.

hi all.
My question is, is there a way to change an app language upon install.
I give an example:
l am portuguese and if i install imdb app it will install i Brazilian Portuguese, well Brazilian Portuguese isn't portuguese at all so i would want to be able to choose to install the english version wich i prefer.

have you tried to search for the english version over the market? if yes and couldn't find it...try to search for the application over the laptop for example "IMDB.apk" and when you download it, move it to your SD then enter the file manager and find your target then run it and it should get installed and run smoothly.
I think it is a combination of your supported device language and language of the app. You can try this app: "Set Locale and Language" by brucedior (note, I have never used it). But that is my best guess, sorry.

getting the app to run in Arabic requires the app to be created in Arabic language and the phone to contain Arabic package.. the Apps market contains a lot of apps that run in different languages and 1 of these languages is Arabic... i downloaded several times apps that were created to run in Arabic language

well we can onlz change netween chinese or english language, english language is not a big problem for me as OS language but it's a bigger problem for all apps i install, like navigation , social networks apps, etc.
Is there a trick to install all this apps in another language ? something like editing a system file ? I want all my apps in french

Download morelocale2 from playstore.
i edited buildprop file and renamed 2 times US to FR and all instaleds apps are in french now
Hi, i have a samsung S3 verizon and i upgrade it to 4.4.2, so my problem is that i lost French language that i have on 4.3, i root it with towelroot and i use language enbaler but it didn't work after language enabler show me reboot now ?
please help me i want to enable other language like frensh and arabic and thank you.

Heya, anyone knows if this is possible?
Problem: Im running miui 8 (from xiaomi.eu) with english language but want google maps voice in swedish which I cant change through the app since it grabs language from the devices default system language and there is no swedish language yet to select from in the rom
Soo I thought, would it be possible to change language in build.prop to swedish? Would google maps then fetch the language from there and rest of system will be in english?
