Not with TW but using alternative launchers that can be accomplished.

Use Nova launcher. If you want to stay with TW launcher, try a free app called awesome icons that allows you to customize your home screen including app names.

I'd like to switch out the available apps and possibly do something with that huge open space. Possible?

Hiding app description without a different launcher?

I know in ADW Launcher you can hide the names of the apps either in the drawer, on the desktop or both.
I just want to hide the names on the Stock Sense desktop and don't want to run a different launcher (yes I'm rooted etc.)
Any help would be awesome.
Thanks!

You can use Titanium backup to freeze the app thus making it unusable and hiding the icon in the app-drawer.

I just want to hide or remove the name of the app. So it just shows the app and not the description below it.

Is it possible for me two have a separate wallpaper for my lockscreen and homescreen?

Using the Nova Launcher I don't think it allows you to have two separate wallpapers which I find extremely frustrating. Can anyone help?

If you're fine with using a 3rd party lockscreen app you can try widget locker. It has an option to use an alternative wallpaper.

I've heard 3rd party lockscreen apps allow people to bypass security measures though, is this true? Sorry I'm relatively new to Android..
