It's in the ADW launcher settings, look for the dock icons option, then just drag and drop you apps you want in the new spots.

If you want more icons to choose from, download new themes from the market or from within dock settings under themes
If you want more icons on the dock it self (eg 5 instead of 3) then you hit the soft menu key, go to more. Click adw settings. Its in there somewhere under dock icon as stated above.

So I went to ADW settings, General Behavior and this is all I see. SENSE PREVIEWS, CLOSING FOLDER, SHOW NOTIFICATION, BUBBLE FONT SIZE, HOME BUTTON BINDING, SWIPE DOWN ACTIONS, SWIPE UP ACTIONS AND DOUBLE TAP ACTIONS.
This is really frustrating.
Do you mean as a shortcut icon, lets say if you click the icon the app drawer is launched?
The instructions I gave were for ADW Launcher EX. Sorry about that. Should've asked which version.

[Q] How to make the app-list transparent?

Hello guys,i have installed the UltimaROM ROM on my phone and i love it , but the app list , the screen where the apps are is not transparent It shows a black background and not the wallpaper i have in my home screen.
How can i make it transparent?
Any help ? :/
You are probably using Trebuchet launcher which does not have that option. Go grab Nova or Apex. They are better and have what you are looking for + more

Then Sandman's advice still applies. If you want a transparent app drawer you'll need a custom launcher that supports it.
How does one load a launcher? Or a kernel? Same as flashing gapps?
Lol no. Its an app. Just go to the play store. Type in Nova Launcher. Click install then Open. (Or click Home button).

beautiful icon styler app - any icon pack on stock launcher

beautiful icon styler (find it on play store)
this app can use custom icon packs on a stock launcher...
i tried the free version with dcikonz icon pack and it worked (sort of) - it changed the icons on the desktop although i think you'll need the full version of the app for icons to change in the app drawer as well...
nevertheless - this is a good step up

that's why i stated that i don't know how things are considering full version and app drawer...
personally - i don't care about app drawer if the desktop looks fine (that's why i use nova launcher, not the stock one)

REMEMBER. This is for those that want to keep stock launcher. This doesn't replace your launcher like nova. So I want to keep my blinkfeed but have different icons this is what I need. And who cares about drawer icons lol. U spend the time on your home screen. Wow.

I'm using Nova. Messages and S Health seem to work just fine. What problems are you having?

Lol I was just going to ask "Are you sure you don't have an icon theme installed?" But you got it; nice!

Lol yeah first time using a launcher other than touchwiz
I don't believe that you can use the stock weather widget in Nova, but you can find plenty of other nice clock/weather widgets available. Beautiful Widgets is a good starting point.
I also run Nova, and use HD widgets for Weather/Clock widget.

Hiding app name

Is there a way to hide the app name on home screen without root?

Not with TW but using alternative launchers that can be accomplished.

Use Nova launcher. If you want to stay with TW launcher, try a free app called awesome icons that allows you to customize your home screen including app names.
