Can't boot phone after flashing with stock rom ! - General Questions and Answers

I hope I could get a solution for my problem. I flashed my LENOVO A536 and installed cyanogenmod 14.1. Cyanogenmod was very unstable for my device and also it was not showing my internal storage files and I was unable to transfer files from pc to the phone. So then I decided to flash my phone again and I installed Ressurection remix nougat version on my phone. Everything was fine but the phone was restarting again and again. I had lot of problems with that rom. So finally I decided to flash again with LENOVO A536 stock ROM. I tried to flash it with Flash tool, this was successful. So I unplugged my device and tried to boot my phone but the phone is not responding and I am unable to boot. Also my PC is not detecting the device. I thought that its bootloader is damaged and now I am very scared. Please someone help me to solve this problem.

What all have you tried? If you take out the battery, hold the power button to drain it of all power, and put the battery back in what happens?
Does it boot at all? Do you see the boot animation?

In case of a bootloop, I suggest you download a new rom and install it via twrp's file manager, using a pendrive/otg pendrive. Else, your can flash the stock motorola firmware using fastboot. that method always works in case of softbrick.
Tried to reflash twrp?

Hey, thank you the problem was solved but then I installed CyanogenMod 13.0 on my moto g. After a day of use the phone automatically stopped working and i restarted it. Didnt display screen after CyanogenMod animation. I booted into TWRP recovery, was backing up data into a usb otg when the backup failed and the phone rebooted itself. Now it doesnt even display the CyanogenMod startup animation. I tried to enter twrp recovery again. It shows the main blue screen with twrp written on it but doesnt proceed further instead it restarts. I tried flashing twrp recovery again but the same problem persists. please help me out
Try flashing stock ROM, then again TWRP and CM13 via TWRP. I suggest this version of TWRP (NOTHEME version!).

YU Yureka with no OS stuck on a Bootloop and unable to enter recovery mode.

Hey guys!
So, i was trying to install CM13 unofficial version, and wiped the system and internal storage using TWRP recovery. I was supposed to install the rom from a zip file i had placed in the external memory card. What i did, was, i rebooted the phone by mistake, after wiping it from the recovery without installing the ROM and now the phone is caught in a bootloop. I know i am an idiot to do that. I tried removing the battery and reboot it in recovery mode using the key combination with no luck. It just starts the boot loop. I tried using fastboot and adb from pc to push files into the internal memory, but my device is not getting detected on the adb anymore (maybe the usb debugging is disabled now?).
What i guess is stopping TWRP recovery from showing up is the lack of twrp/themes folder in the internal memory since i wiped it. But there might be some other cause that i am unaware of. What do i do now? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi! I'm having the same problem with this post... Does anyone knows the solution of this problem. I'd be really glad if anyone could help me with this..please!
Hey are you able to boot into fastboot mode? If you can....
Prerequisites –
1. Make sure that you have 70-80% battery on your phone.
2. You need a PC and a USB cable to connect your phone to the PC.
3. Flashing the factory firmware will wipe all the data present in the internal memory. So, make a backup of that if you can.
4.Install all the necessary Device drivers.
DOWNLOADS -
1. Download the flash tools from here . http://www.mediafire.com/download/87gfz7mdch188an/Flashtools_For_Yu_Yureka.zip
2. Download the factory firmware from Here (cm 12.1) . http://builds.cyngn.com/factory/tomato/cm-12.1-YOG4PAS3JM-tomato-signed-fastboot.zip
Steps To Flash Factory Firmware –
1. Extract the flashtools zip in a new folder on the desktop.
2. Extract the factory firmware zip in the same folder and make sure that all of the flashtools files are also present.
3. Now, power off your phone. If you are stuck in a bootloop, then pull out the battery and reinsert it. (Do not switch on the phone.)
4. While pressing the Volume Up key, connect your phone to the PC with the help of a USB cable.
5. You should now see the fastboot logo on your device. If you did, leave the Volume Up key. (If you do not see the logo, retry the process.)
6. Now go to the folder where you extracted the flash tools and factory firmware and run the flash-all.bat by double clicking on it.
7. A command window will open and the flashing procedure will start. (Make sure that your device does not disconnect from your PC during the procedure.)
8. The command window will automatically close once the procedure is completed.
9. Disconnect your device and boot it up by pressing the Power button. (Since this is first boot after flashing the firmware, it may take upto 5 minutes.)
Done you should be back on cm 12.1

I flashed the factory image via YGDP tool as well as fastboot. But it boots upto a point and then goes in bootloop. Also if i wipe data/cache still it makes no difference. Also unlocked bootloader and twrp also don't load up. Again goes in bootloop.

Sorry to hear that anyway,
By stock lolipop you mean you had the yureka plus with Volte From factory right!!...if so the twrp might have been for the yureka plus with the cm bootloader which got replaced in the new Devcice
I am facing the same problem and in my case I dont think its an battery issue...I was happily using the CM 13.0 Snapshot Rom since a long time...but today morning when I did a soft reset by going into the settings in my yureka...the phone has gone in bootloop...and nothing is working...using fastboot I even flashed the twrp again and also flashed the CM 12.0 Stock firmware..but nothing is working...after the YU logo it restarts....please help...

Ignore that and use other fastboot commands and go ahead, as your device is being detected in fastboot mode.

But when I am executing other fastboot commands it halts the process between with error "FAILED (remote: unknown command)".
I have read about this error and people suggested that I need to get into "Download mode" not "fastboot/bootload". To get into "download" mode I tried pressing "VoulumeDown+Power+Home", but nothing happened, it simply restarted the phone.
Please advise.

[Completed] Moto E 1st Generation Boot Animation UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER Boot Loop Please Help!

Hi, I'm new to XDA. Sorry if I did something wrong already. But I have a problem, I tried installing a new boot animation to my moto e 1st gen (bootloader was unlocked, it was rooted too). Now whenever I turn the phone on, The WARNING BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED image shows up, but there is no boot animation. I cannot access anything, I can only go into recovery mode and CWM. I have tried factory reset using Recovery Mode (No success, just does WARNING boot loop again ) I have also tried factory reseting through CWM, till no success. I am giving up, I just recently bought this phone. NAY help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello,
Can you tell us what firmware was your phone running? Also what recovery do you have on your phone?
If stock, you may try flashing stock firmware via fastboot.

Thanks for responding so quickly! But I fixed the problem a few minutes after posting this . But there is a new problem, I downgraded from Android 5.0.2 to Android 4.4.2. After doing this the phone worked perfectly. Then a few minutes later it installed a system update for 4.4.4 and now the phone is hard bricked. I can't access recovery mode, CWM, or even turn the phone on now. Before charging the phone, if I held the power button for a long time, the LED lit up and turned back off. Now there is no response from the phone at all no matter what I do.
Also, I had ClockWorkMod and stock recovery on my phone (Is stock recovery the one that shows up when you hold power+volume down? If so I had both CWM and stock) But now I can't access either recovery modes. If it at least went into stock recovery, I'd flash stock firmware, root it, install CWM, and flash a Lollipop zip. (I like Lollipop, I don't know why there are so many people that hate Lollipop )
Any help would be much appreciated. All i need now is a way to flash files without going into recovery mode on phone.

Oppo F1F booting into ColorOS Recovery

Hey guys. I have a big issue going on right now.
I messed up my phone. When I found out I didn't have supersu installed I reinstalled it and it asked me to restart my phone which I did but it got stuck booting up so I reset my phone and that didn't do any good.
So I found a tutorial on how to reinstall stock image from this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=68170401&postcount=5
Now all my phone does is boot into coloros recovery and I have no idea what to do now. Is there any way to fix this? Because now I cannot even connect my phone to my laptop anymore as it doesn't even appear. Fastboot is gone same as twrp.
Did I just break my phone? Cause I think I have.
Please someone tell me how to fix this. I love this phone and I am not ready to give it up.
If nobody can help me I'm just going to smash the phone because like I said it won't even appear on my computer anymore so I have no goddam idea how to fix it.
It shows the Oppo sign then after that it auto boots into ColorOS Recovery. If anyone can help me get my phone to show up on my computer while booted into coloros recovery that would be a great help for me. I just want this sorted.
Can you flash anything from the recovery? I'd try to flash a spectrum rom or ColorOS if you have one on storage. If not, try to put one such official rom on a MicroSD card and try to flash it from the recovery.
If there's a recovery, there's hope…
put spectrum or colour os on you micro sd card then flash it in the stock recovery. it might fail a couple times but it will eventually work. I would install spectrum first then go to colour os.
same problem I'm facing since today morning. Please share the steps if recovery possible.
Rgds/ [email protected]
me too, I'm stuck with ColorOs recovery every time i bootup. Tried 2 OTA firmware zip flashing successful flash but still stuck, tried 2 stock rom flash through pc, successfull but still stuck on colorOS. I notice the colorOS settings options changes after flashing and I thought it was the volume button that malfunctions but it's not. I'm still trying to figure out how to flash another recovery.
can I flash this zip on my Oppo f1 without root?
F1f-Spectrum-FullRom+TWRP_1.0.zip
so far tried many times installation failed error.

HELP! Bootloop after flashing TWRP

Hey folks,
my S10e (G970F) is bootlooping after flashing TWRP via Odin. The flashing process via Odin did PASS and I could enter TWRP afterwards because the file "Encryption_Disabler" needed to be installed while still in TWRP but I messed up since I've forgot to put that very specific file to the internal storage before and my PC doesn't seem to mount the S10e after being in recovery mode (TWRP). I was cursing myself and in a fit of distress I decided to reboot the S10e into system and that was when it doesn't boot past the SAMSUNG booting screen anymore. I'm stuck with bootlooping.
As for now, I can enter the download mode , my bootloader is unlocked and I'm back on stock recovery but the device deprives itself from booting up which resulted in a never ending bootloop. And let me tell you, bootlooping can cause extremely distress and you feel like sighing every other seconds because it keeps messing with your brain.
Can you guys help me out here? Thanks for your efforts!
I've managed to fix it myself. YAY! I'm happy!
