Hi to all, i have huawei P9 lite VNS-L21 (C432B383). nd i have trouble with it.
1. when i want to turn it on it goes to step GOOGLE VERIFICATION, i tried to bypass with those youtube videos but no use (i dont have that option SHARE wich they have),
i tried to acess it using new google accaunt but no use of it.
2. i can not activate usb debugging to ROOT it simply the google verify is last step vhere i could get.
i got unlock pass number from huawei but where to use it?
with *#*#2846579#*#* code i reached to debugg mode but ther is PASSWORD !
what to do? is it possible to install stoc rom, or original and wich one using SD CARD?
is it possible to enable usb debug with any other way?
Please help
internet is filled with so many crap and no use videos, texts, codes.

I got my hands on this CUBOT X6 with broken screen. I can see the screen just fine BUT can't operate it from its bottom half approximately.
I would like to use this Android phone as a security camera to watch my garage, but without control, I'm stuck
What I'm trying to achieve here is to:
a) start up the phone and load a security app to it
b) control the phone via some "Android Control"-like app (without using the phone's broken screen)
c) set it up as a security camera and let it take pictures for me
Can anyone pls point me to some links here on the forum to solve my below listed problems ? ( and YES I've spend searching and reading this and few other forums for the last few hours and found just what is listed below)
So....

4. The phone is not detected by the Android Control app at all.
5. The recovery is in Chineese ! I tried translating it via Google Translate via pictures, but that did not shows/offers me the option for entering the command prompt (as advised in tread mentioned in point 3)
I'm too lame in this Android/Linux based sea, so if anyone is willing to help me here (if you think its possible to achive my goals a-c) please give me some step by step guide how to do that. (links to treads would be enough)

We cannot provide technical support nor can other members reply to your posts here on XDA Assist and there is no forum specifically for the Cubot devices at this time but I see that you have already posted an identical message in the General Forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2728355 which is a reasonable place to start where members familiar with your device might be able to advise you. I also see a number of references to your model from a site search at http://forum.xda-developers.com/sitesearch.php?q=cubot x6 which might be worth reviewing. Since your device is relatively uncommon, please be patient and give the experts there plenty of time to respond.

Mainly interested to bypass a PIN via a USB cable or SD card, not yet interested to buy a Riff Box to crack the PIN, as I didn't find any cheaper than USD50.
The phone does not have USB Debugging enabled nor do I have a Google or Samsung account.
I tried these methods that didnt work:
1. Flashing Pattern_Password_disable.zip and
2. Flashing aromafm-1.80.zip
3. I tried Flashing via USB using ADB.
4. I also tried the Samsung-Lock-Reset-Tool.exe using a virtual machine, but the software did not see any phone connected. Maybe I should have done a driver update, I don't know yet what went wrong, but some people said the .rar could have some viruses. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2468540
I've read about the option of modifying the sqlite3 database, but have not tried it yet. Are any options left to me or did I do something wrong ?

First, ROOT > Easiest way is CF Auto Root http://autoroot.chainfire.eu
If that isn't available for your version or doesn't work then PLEASE USE SUPERSU http://www.supersu.com/download
Install the latest TWRP for you version https://twrp.me/Devices/(flash TAR under AP using Odin - UNTICK AUTO REBOOT)
Three Button combo to get into recovery(power off, hold volume up, home, and power until recovery boots), then flash latest SuperSU.zip in TWRP.
NB: This is a very basic ROOT guide. Please search here on XDA for further info

December firmware patch is OK. i.e BPK6. Please don't use 2017 firmware at this stage
For those that don't know... the 5th to last digit in the firmware is the BOOTLOADER (BL) version. YOU CAN'T GO BACK!!
i.e G920TUVU5EQC2 the BL version is 5 so you can't flash anything less than BL version 5. I need to know your baseband for any samsung phone. LG phones build number will suffice.

Unlock
Open usb redirector and read the prompts
When it ask i’ll provide you my address to put in USB redirector to allow me usb control and click OK. Prompts will pop up to plus device in and share your device with technician. Once again refer to my Time Zone (av 10Am-7Pm most days, some other times also)
I will connect to the device and proceed from there. You may be required to stay in chat with me and press button combos on the phone
Please watch phone for USB Authorisation prompt. Check the box then press OK.
I will disconnect and reconnect as required.
Watch phone Screen for SU (ROOT) prompt and press GRANT.
All you need to do is watch the phone for USB Authorization and ROOT grant.

After we are finished you can return your device settings to as they were and you can remove USB Redirector client from PC.

Very cool! Looks like we have a bit in common. Are you doing just Samsung Sprint Unlocks enabling GSM bands? or doing more unlocks than this? Can you do a Samsung S9 Sprint unlock? Also what about having root for u9 on a G935P converted to U firmware unlocked for all carriers GSM and CDMA? I am just looking for U9 english root or a method. Search: google account manager. Pick first link, choose version 6.0.1 . go to bookmark, choose history, and pick history download.
Click on downloaded apk file and istall it. Now go back and search quick shortcout maker download and install it.
Open and search google account manager and re-type email and password.

I used realterm (on pc) to dial, create and edit contact to store google dot com Then i re-dialed this contact, ended the call and opened google. I downloaded quick shortcut maker and google account manager. I then googled Samsung apps, installed es file explorer and installed google account manager. I then installed and launched quick short cut maker but when i searched google account manager 'type email and password' was not displayed, instead it said 'error' i tried installing google account manager 6.0.1 , 7.0. 7.1 7.1.1 and 7.1.2 (anything below 7 would fail to install) but unfortunately all of these led to the same 'error' instead of 'type email and password' anyone got any ideas? I've tried several methods now and it always seems to be the last step i can not perform s7 edge sm-g935f

u need donwgrade to android 6.0.1 using only 2 files: AP and CSC
Your doing it all wrong.......
Initiate the call from realterm,
End call
Add contact
Scan buisness card
Download calculator from the galaxy app store
Open calculator
(+300120127+ on the keypad
*#0808# in DR parser mode
Select the option with 4 usb settings
Make sure you press reboot after selecting,
USB DEBUGGING is now on
Make sure you leave it at the welcome screen when rebooted
Download a program for windows that resets FRP through ADB as USB DEBUGGING is now enabled there are a few around but i would suggest FRP hijacker by hagard or GSM flasher FRP program both i have used flawlessly on any marshmallow firmware for samsung using AP SWREV B:1.
Open program plug phone into computer
Press accept this computers fingerprint
Press remove FRP and watch it go from the welcome screen straight to your home screen, factory reset through settings menu and FRP is now completed and all previous users details have now been deleted.
Just add your own google account in the settings under accounts.

after all proces you must upgrade all files with odin to newest android 7.x
How did you do it can you help me? When I end the call I get no option to add a contact how comes?

DR PARSER mode is built into the mainframe under /system/priv-apps i know what the problem was there sometimes when devices are flashed with odin something goes wrong i myself have had this happen dialer codes will not work aswell as DR parser mode codes not working and when access is gained the settings menu are all messed up and jumbled up,
all that is required to fix this error is to re flash just the AP file in odin to correct the error it actually happens quite alot, this will fix and enable dialler codes and dr parser kode codes to work again to enabke dcm+acm+adb ,

Your using 7.0 nougat, you need marshmallow 6.0 for the frp call to get add contact,
First thing you need to do is switch your device off,
Once off hold the volume down + home + power buttons all at once until a warning screen is present release the keys and press volume up,
Top left hand corner last line of writing "AP SWREV: B:?"
Whats the number,
AP SWREV: B:1 or AP SWREV: B:2 if B:1 you can downgrade your firmware back to marshmallow 6.0 by downloading the firmware from sammobile or somewhere else make sure it is G930FXXU1ARA1 for the B:1 binary for example make sure it is NOT G930FXXU2ARA1 for example as this is new bootloader and downgrade back to marshmallow is prohibited odin will not allow it you will receive flash error device 2 binary 1 if your already 7.0 U2 firmware it's a lot harder but do able hope that helps mate.
I am trying to debug an android app using my Redmi S2 phone (android 8.1) but there is a problem. Even though I can enable USB Debugging in developer options, I am unable to enable "Install via USB" checkbox. It asks for a Xiaomi account which I don't have (and don't want to open).
As per this one year old reddit thread, its possible but not without rooting. Mine is a relatively new phone and I don't want to root it just yet. Is there any other trivial way to enable the Install via USB option?
I've also found similar solutions on Android Stack Exchange such as this one but all of them either involve rooting or signing into a Mi account. Is there no way to enable this developer feature just normally without doing any of this like on any other phone?
