Flashed OEMiNFO, Failed DLOAD, lost twrp, BL & FRP Lock No system access - help - Huawei Mate 9 Questions & Answers

I have a Chinese LON-AL00 Mate 9 Pro
Attempted to rebrand to L29C363 and followed the following thread.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-rebrand-chinese-al00-mate9-to-t3554656
Got to step 5 to attempt to install dload but got 'software install failed.
now BL and FRP are locked - cant access system and lost twrp.
Attempted to unlock BL again but get 'Command not allowed' (did my unlock code change?)
Any advice?

FRP Locked and Bootloader Locked, cannot boot into system

I tried to use this tool https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-mate-9-flash-update-package-t3593108 to rebrand my mate 9 and I was able to unlock my bootloader before I started this tool and no problems there. Next I open the tool and went in and followed all the steps without problems all the way down past rebranding and to the step where I have to unlock my bootloader again. This time, FRP engaged and doesn't let me go past - I am stuck: i cannot reboot into the system to change any settings. At this point I tried a variety of methods, erecovery and funky huawei, they both end up saying getting package info failed. Now I am stuck. I cannot boot into the OS, it just kicks me straight into erecovery and erecovery isn't doing much recovery at all. Any help is greatly appreciated.

you need to relock bootloader, after it phone is resetting. then you need to unlock it, install TWRP , then you need to reflash a COMPLETE backup from MHA-AL00C00 or MHA-L29C626. Then restore to this. This is the only working solution. maybe i will create a backup from AL00

Need Warning
I think this thread (https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-mate-9-flash-update-package-t3593108) should add some warning.
I meet the same problem today.

That makes three of us. I ended up with the same problem after getting to step E in the rebranding. I'm no stuck not being able to unlock my bootloader as it says Phone locked in green and FRP lock in green. OEM unlocking option is greyed out in developer options
before i found a solution i hardbricked my mate 9, but it works for soft bricked mate 9 too https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/help/solution-19-00-fix-hardbricked-huawei-t3750315 i was in the same situation, thats how i fixed it, just follow steps from how to use the DC-phoenix tool with Factory Firmware file, update.app and hw.app
Now I'm in the same situation
After rebranding my Honor View 10 BKL AL20 to BKL L04, it can't boot into system and frp locked oem locked. Erecovery says getting package info failed.

Bricked Mate 9 - Bootloader and FRP locked, fastboot returns Command Not Allowed

I have a Mate 9 recently upgraded to Oreo. It was working, but I noticed root wasn't fully functional so I decided to remove magisk and try reinstalling. Doing so resulted in a boot loop and I was unable to get into the OS. I tried factory reset, but it didn't work. Stupidly, I decided to wipe everything - system, recovery, data, sdcard, etc. Phone had both bootloader and FRP lock, and all commands through fastboot returned the message " FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)". I tried using service ROMs with dload method to no avail, tried flashing TWRP, and of course Huawei eRecovery didn't work either.
Edit:
The solution was to use the guide here:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/funky-huawei-erecovery-solution-100-t3620165

Bricked my Mate 8, help!

Hi, so yeah i completely messed up my device lol. First i unlock my bootloader with the code from Huawei website, then i unlock the bootloader, rooted, etc. After that i use srktool to debrand my device while running emui 5.0.1, then the device restarted and erecovery prompted that my data partition was damaged. So i format it through the erecovery and then the erecovery searching for the firmware and didnt find one. Then i go into fastboot and the device was PHONE Locked and FRP Lock! i tried to unlock the bootloader again using my key and it failed. Can anyone here help me? thanks
(Sorry for my bad english)
Nvm, fixed. Thanks anyway

Bricked Honor 8: FRP and Bootloader locked

I know there are many posts about unbricking Honor 8 but any of them couldn't help me.
I have FRP AND Bootloader locked :crying:
I had RROS and fingerprint scanner wasn't working because off I hassled with some system files so I wanted to reset my phone. I tried to use dload but it only locked my bootloader and I don't maybe have the code (I'll still try to find it).
So for now I don't have any OS to boot to but I can get to eRecovery (which can't help me) and to force download mode (via three buttons method) and also to fastboot/ rescue mode (where it says phone locked, frp lock) so what I should do?
I have the same problem, Bootloader locked, FRP Locked, phone bricked, erecovery can't find a software, recovery sdcard say all software is incompatible with this device. I had FRP locked, bootloader unlocked and phone unbricked, I read on some thread to unlock FRP i have to lock bootloader and unlock again. Now I'm completely locked.
Few minutes ago I lost 15 credits on DC-Unlocker to know that is for unbricked devices only.
What can I do now?

I survived! But because Huawei is *can't say it here*, I can't root it with magisk and twrp anymore.
I did this:
1. put rollback package to ext. sdcard /dload (and /dload must be in the root of sdcard)
2. Put sdcard into the phone and press all three buttons (vol up + vol down + power) and it will install the rollback package.
3. Shut down the phone and remove sdcard
4. Replace the rollback package with the full ota package.
5. Do same as in step 2 so it will install Android
6. Now you have working phone with locked bootloader
What version of EMUI you had before brick, mine is EMUI 8, what rollback i should use?

MHA-L29 stuck at 'Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted'

Hello,
I have Huawei Mate 9 (MHA-L29) and it's stuck at 'Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted'.
I read many threads on xda and they all suggest different suggestions.
More info about phone:
Bootloader unlocked
Fastboot says Phone Unlocked FRP locked
Model: MHA-L29
Firmware ver.: MHA-L29 8.0.0.321(C432log
SN: AHK0217222004122
What I already tried:
Flashing TWRP via fastboot; FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
Flashing firmware via force method (UPDATE.app in dload folder on SD Card)
I wanted to relock bootloader but I can't get the code since official huawei site doesn't have request code anymore (correct me if I am wrong), DC Unlocker can't recognize phone in fastboot mode so I am unable to buy code. (Is there a way to get bootloader code?)
Did ayone else have same problem, what should I do?
The only thing I can think of is that you flash rom board and being there you can get the code with HCU, once obtained go back to where you were before
