Hi, i just bought from my friend a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 korean model but seem it stuck and need a password with the message 'Please Call Me'. Is it the owner of the phone? Seen i have the phone now what should i do? can anyone help me solve the problem?

hello everyone, couple of weeks ago i bought a samsung galaxy s6 edge sm-g925w8 canadian.
the phone is originally from Videotron but its unlocked
Often i dont receive text and call but when i do i receive text messages from four or five people at the same time who sent me the messages before. Also when people try to call me it says the phone is switched off but i can make phone calls everytime.

Hello i am looking for some help my dad has passed away and he had a password on his Samsung galaxy s5 and now we can not get in to it looking to get the contents off the phone it is a bell phone and it is a Canadian phone model sm-g900w8 and they are adv that they can not do anything to help us get in to the phone any help would be great
