Now that xposed is available for Nougat. Does anyone know if there is a module that can enable double tap to wake for our lovely honor 8? =)

If I recall correctly, you cannot use a module to enable this feature unless the phone's firmware already has this feature built in.

Ok, that's a shame. Gonna have to keep that in mind when switching phone next time.

DT2W is a kernel related setting so you have to have It on the kernel side

Hi all.
I tried to search on xda and on google but could not find what i'm looking for.
I wanted to know if there is a flashable zip or an Xposed module to get the Notification system in lockscreen, like the one of CarbonROM.
Thanks in advance!

You want "active notifications". like when you pull your phone out it is like the moto X right? I used to have that on my Nexus 4 with carbon ROM, I don't know if it is implemented yet in the latest Carbon. I didn't find it as useful as it gets a rep for.
It isn't in GravityBox

Hi guys, when i updated to 5.1.1 the search bar in the recent apps menu vanished. Did they make it optional, did they remove it or is it a bug? Thank you for your help

I only found you can enable it through Xposed module. It seems to be a feature that it's gone.

Hey man, do you know which Xposed module?
I've been searching through the modules page and am not sure which one.
I just want to be bale to show the search bar on the "recents" list/page. Thanks.
Hi! I have installed xposed but the modules doesn't seem to work well. I have tried to use gravity box to add brightness control on the navigation bar (sliding the finger over it) but with no results.
Does anyone know if it's compatible? Or emui doesn't work with xposed?
Any other options to add this feature?
Thanks!

EMUI hates Xposed most of the time. This is already reported for honor 5X and honor 7 firmwares.
The only way users could make it work on honor 7 was using Pure Rom by DogiGoon and even he does not know, why it works for his rom and not for official firmware.
In short, don't mix Xposed with EMUI.

None of the kernels that support DT2W have been ported to Nougat yet. Out of curiosity, why would you want that when you have Moto/Ambient display?

No
you can try using an xposed module. needs root
There are some apps on the playstore. Some use proximity sensor and some use accelerometer. Different concepts i know but thats the closest you can get.
