[Q] downgrade mate 7 from lollipop to kitkat

hello Guys
I deleted camera from my mate 7 lollipop
i cant find it to install it back
can any one help me to downgrade to kitkat
or take a back up from camera apk in lollipop mate 7?
i'll be so thankful if u guys help me

I think the easy is reinstalling the whole rom

I see many ppl trying to downgrade to kitkat, question WHY? I'm downloading packs to UPgrade but concerned about number of DOWNgrades.

look for you update.zip that gets you lollipop, extract it, find the camera apk inside, install it.

Honor 6 L04 B109 to Lollipop + EMUI 3.1

Hello guys,
I need some help. My device (Honor 6 L04) is on B109.
Its rooted and I want to install the stock updates on it (so that i will get lollipop and emui 3.1)
Do I need to install the stock firmware first ? I dont really know where to start. I already searched in this forum but there are tooooo many things to watch through.
Maybe you can help me out a little :S

So it works now. Got Lolipop + emui 3.1
You need to get the stock rom for your device. But first replace (build.prop + local.prop) -> you need root for that. Then you can go and do the ota's of course. Good Luck!

virgin Honor 6 needs some help !

so i have a honor 6 H60-L04 Model on Kitkat 4.4.2 un-touched and i want to update it to Marshmallow if possible
i'm not expert in this stuff so please if you can help me with some simple steps to do it ?

I am just doing the same form my girlfriend right now. Actually i hoped for your post to be helpful, but it seems like i was faster myself, so i‘d like to share what i found out… NO GUARANTEE
I came from:
H60-L04V100R001C00B109SP01
1. Upgrade to B370
2. Upgrade to B521
3. Upgrade to B820
An instruction is inculded in the first package.
I just updated to B521, so far it worked.

Hi im quite new to Huawei phones,i recently bought a mate 8 NXT-C900B156 its on emui 4.0 there are no system updates whatsoever showing,can someone assist me on how to safely update to emui 5, firmware finder is saying all software results are not suitable for my phone

Mate 8 general Forum is where you'll find your answer but be careful. You may get a lot of battery drain. I updated to nougat and didn't like it at all because of battery drain. Downgraded to emui 4.1 and although it's a little better, im still getting battery drain so I'm downgrading again back emui 4.
