So I was able to unlock, root the MIUI 5 nougat on my phone. I tried to flash crdroid Rom, but the phone was stuck on the Rom boot logo for a while until it just went black.
So I tried to go back to MIUI using the update.zip for frd-14 method. When I got in, the stock Rom was missing apps like keyboard and updater app. Anyways, I found out that I had to install full RR or lineage os first. So I unlock root again, installed RR and gapps, but again the phone is stuck into the start-up Rom animation. It's been 15 minutes
What am I doing wrong?
And where can I find a full firmware for FRD-L14?
Thanks in advanced.

Okay so I was able to go back to stock using this guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3638445
But I still have no answer why the custom roms are not booting up.

I got a galaxy note 8. i rooted using chainfire auto root. then used flashify to flash twrp. now my question is i heard you need to unlock bootloader before flashing a rom. how do i know if mine is locked or not. i have the GT-N5110 model if that helps.
also i cyanogenmod as safe as googles stock rom. and where do i get the Gapps.zip thx.
If the TWRP that you flashed with Flashify is working, probably your bootloader is unlocked.
Flash it directly after installing twrp and root.

Today i tried to flash a custom rom..installed successfully..but in the language selection screen...it got structed...switched off by itself..(i tried both Resurrection Remix and Mokee Rom)im on miui 7 beta..i think it might be the reason for this...i also tried to flash miui 6 by using twrp...but it was failed...plz help me to revert back to miui6..so that i could flash a custom ROM..
Rename your miui 6 in update.zip, then put in download_rom folder and make the update trought the miui updater.

Yes me too!!! But RR only. I tried RR but when it reaches the language screen it froze then turned off. Any Help?
first flash 6.x.x fastboot rom and then start flashing custom roms , its due to kernel issues
Flash Official MIUI with only Stock recovery, else it won't work!

1. Flash MIUI 6.6.10 or 5.6.11 using Fastboot/MiRecovery
2. Flash TWRP
3. Flash CM13 + GApps
Problem: I unblocked my Moto g4 running Nougat and installed the latest version of twrp; everything was going well. Then I rooted my phone and installed superSU using twrp --- That is when the problem began and I can no longer boot into my regular system. Everytime my phone boots it boots into twrp recovery mode -
I used these two guides to do this:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/guide-newbie-resource-thread-t3386584
https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/development/wip-modified-boot-img-root-t3387113
What can I do to simply boot up into my regular Nougat system?

When you flashed SuperSU, did you wipe cache and dalvik/ART cache in TWRP?
Did you accidentally wipe your system partition? If so, you have no OS to boot into, on this case, you'll have to flash a custom ROM for your model number or a modified TWRP flashable zip of your stock firmware.
If these things don't work then you've corrupted something, are you certain that you unlocked your device correctly? Are you certain that you covered all the bases for rooting your device?

I think I might have corrupted something- In the meantime I flashed the original stock ROM that I got with the device - which was Marshmallow 6.0 but now I can't update back to 7.0. I flashed 6.0 because I couldnt find any official 7.0 ROMS for my Moto g4. Thanks for your response! If you have any idea why I can't update please let me know!

That question is better answered by asking in the G4 forum, I'm not familiar enough with your device hardware/software specifics.

You have nougat bootloader so you can install only nougat roms.
If you want to install lollipop roms you have to do a downgrade to lollipop bootloader.

@cezarmed2
That means now i have to download original firmware 5.1 and flash it through the fastboot and then i will have good bootloader for cm12.1 ? Maybe i can find it in internet and flash bootlader in TWRP? Adb sideload and fastboot still available
Where i can find that?

Follow steps 2 to 9 and you'll be OK.

I did flashed right bootloader and i did flashed cm12.1 without gapps for test. It works fine but now i can't enter recovery mode. It's also interesting because i was trying to flash through the fastboot and android app (flashify) and still does't work :/

Was the firmware that you flashed made for G955FD? If it was not specifically for the G955FD, that is the issue. You need a firmware specifically for G955FD, the other G955 versions of firmware might not be completely compatible.
