Is it possible to change the said oeminfo and custom.bin on Honor 6x?
I want to update my Honor 6x to nougat, my build is L21C185 and I am using B130.

Nope...please don't try until we have rollback packages or the debranding tool.

Can some one of xda member, who have rooted thier L21C432 , provide me the oeminfo backup?

Use Huawei firmware finder and change model to l432 and install the b342 full version but you have to choose installation via system update . My phone was c185 and I'm running nougat now

Setting should be like this and install the full package it's important only full package not ota

Yes it is safe I did it with no problems and I used the same method to back to c185 firmware with no problems too

I am tried to use Firmware finder ... chnaged model to C432 and install via system ... can I install this without any problems?
I am currently on B131 Build and my model is BLN-L21

Yes I did ... Huawei Pakistan gave me an option to register...

What is the roms are available for honor devices? Chinese one and global rom?
I can change the stock rom to global from chinese or I need to buy a global version?
I want to buy Honor 9 but he arrived with chinese rom and I want global rom, the global one is more expensive?

You can try rebranding it using SRK Tool. But I think it's not supported yet since Honor 9 is a new device.

Just the language bro. Because in chinese ROM, chinese characters are irritatingly everywhere.

Yeah... everything is working... I'm using it right now... I didn't find any bugs in the ROM and it's working smoothly.

You can find the ROM on honor 6x section...all the information about the ROM are there...
I think the dev made another version for Prague (pra-lxx) device so you can try the newest one.

Better to wait for ROM which is compitable with your device .. if you want to dare ask OP

I think , honor 8 lite is just a honor 6x in a different body and a single camera and price hike compared to honor 6x.. lol, who would buy that?

you should ... emui 5.0 has many improvements. I am not facing any issues till now. I am on EMUI 5.1.

Try by going on system update -> click on the 3 dots in upper right corner -> force update by clicking on "download latest update".
Be aware that if the phone is new, there could be 2 days of wait before it gets registered on the network. Did you have your sim card inside of it?

When I click on download latest update it does nothing :/ I bought this phone back in February 2017. Yeah I had my SIM in it when I've been trying to update... Should I take it out and try again?

Try using the app firmware finder and download the update through a proxy, there are guides here on 6X forums on how to do that

I called huawei yesterday and they told me it will be out within 2 months. But, it will be out For USA Huawei Honor 6X Devices.

Debranding consequences

so whats the downside to debranding cause theres a reason its not just one giant version and some parts ate different so what is the difference

Main thing is that your sim may or may not work. I had a BLN-L21 originally and debranded to BLN-AL20. My SIM doesn't work but it's an easy fix. Requires root.

No. Only way is unofficially. Let me guess. You have BLN-L21 and want to debrand to BLN-L22 to update via OTA? Won't work. Manually update from EMUI 5 BLN-L21 to EMUI 8 BLN-AL20 and then flash a Pie Custom ROM with working NFC. That's what I did. Working like a charm.

NFC works. I also have a BLN-L21 debranded to BLN-AL20

It only works, if your phone has hardware for NFC. This is only true at the very early delivered 6X and may be all 6X pro for europe. Without NFC Hardware you can change branding, but never get usable NFC.
