How to downgrade baseband

Hello Friends,
I am Using Honor H60-L04. I have Updated My Mobile to EMUI 3.0 B370. Unknowingly My Baseband Got Updated. And i am Unable to Install EMUI 2.3. I have tired to Flash MODEM files but i am facing ERROR can any Help Me

Download a 2.3 ROM and split it into its .IMG files and then flash all the necessary parts with fastboot/bootloader.
Do it at your own risk, I don't know if it could soft brick your phone or not.

I Tried to flash Using Fastboot. But Still I am it is showing the Below ERROR
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)

You cannot downgrade the bootloader.

Root GEM-702L using custom recovery method (TWRP) + SuperSU

Hi
My X2 GEM-702L bootloader us unlocked. I verified by "fastboot oem get-bootinfo" already.
I prefer to root it using the customer recovery method as I'd prior experience using this method on other Android smartphone.
However at the point of flashing the custom recovery I encountered an error:
C:> fastboot oem get-bootinfo
(bootloader) unlocked
C:> fastboot flash recovery twrp_recovery.img
sending recovery (2672 KB)......
OKAY [ 0.609s]
writing recovery
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
Where did I go wrong ?

Try renaming the twrp to recovery. img. If not download a newer version of Android Tools.

Ok after trying for several hours on various updated drivers, adb tools etc still no success.
I suspected the X2 though stated as "unlocked" it may not be fully unlocked properly for whatever reason.
So I did the "fastboot oem unlock xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" one more time and after this I mamanged to flash the custome recovery.
Success finally and I've custom recovery now running ! Thanks.

You know what's funny? When I got my second X2 and went into the Bootloader it said it was unlocked. After I did a factory reset on it, it then said it was locked. I don't know how that could be. Then I used the DC Unlocker program that you mentioned and it unlocked perfectly. I'm glad you got TWRP installed. So TWRP works right? Let me know if you flash SuperSU in TWRP and you have root. Then I'll update my thread to include your version of X2.

Yes....I managed to flash the SuperSU (Beta-v2.49) using the "KangVIP" version of the TWRP.
Now my X2-GEM702L rooted and I can uninstall certain system bloatware and do full backups using the Titanium Pro.
The only thing is to await the 5.11 Android EMUI 3.1 update which is not available yet.

Thanks for the info! Did you try flashing the 703L stock 5.1.1 ROM on your 702L? I'm curious to see if it works.

Flash 703L stock 5.11 ROM ? No haven't tried it.
I wonder whether it will work because the only difference I could see between 702L and 703L is the former has 4 more LTE bands. The other specs looks similar to me.

Yeah I know. If I had a 702L I would try it. Everyone has been asking on here if it would work.

Rooting a9

So I have tried some things to root my att HTC a9 6.0 have not figured it out I'm new to it . So if you could hit me up with a idea it would be great..

1- Unlock your device from htcdev.com
2- flash latest twrp (http://forum.xda-developers.com/one-a9/orig-development/recovery-twrp-touch-recovery-t3257023)
3- backup your rom and data (from twrp - system image)
4- flash supersu (from http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/supersu/2014-09-02-supersu-v2-05-t2868133)
Et voilà...

oh,
before unlocking:
did you check in Settings, Developper options : OEM unlocking ?
If you haven't Developper options in Settings, go to :
Setting/About/Software information / More/
Then tap Build number (10 times) until a message appears telling you that it's ok for Developper options.

Try to reinstall everything using a rollback (that will lock, not relock, the bootloader) and you'll be able to flash updates again

Is there any way I can get root on it? Do I need to patch the firmware that has the February 1st patch, and then use the image from the "patched boot" folder?

Yep, you can try before flash to only boot this Bootimage. Unzip before boot or flash
Powered by Nokia 8 with open bootloader
Reboot to bootloader
Type in cmd
FASTBOOT boot (name of Bootimage)
If all is fine reboot again and flash this image

It is not in settings. You need to ask @the_laser to give you the signature file for bootloader unlock. I will give you the link.

Go to this link and ask him in private message for the file and then you can unlock bootloader.

All we need not is someone to build a recovery and a stable rom, but there's hardly any support for this device because it's been so hard to unlock the Bootloader
