Yes it's working perfectly on android Oreo 8.0 and it's working for me for android nougat 7.1.2 with viperOS .

From android 4.2 android 8.0 . and support all os but note first disable nuplayer from dev options and then install the maximum ui . have a nice day .

HI, it works on Nougat 7.1.1 Sony stock rom? I have viper4android but it's not the same, I like Dolby I use to install on LP and MM flawlessly, I'm concern about Sony stock and Nougat for so many changes in audio.

you have to flash it via recovery. I use twrp
and nope, its not overwriting unless you already got the oos camera

What about CM12.1 4s? The same thing as for the Experience ROM?
I tried use ddp from the first post in CM12.1 4s. It doesn't work.. Bootloop...

just tried it, installed perfectly and runs without issues but camera only works with the camerafix and quality is a lot worse than stock, gcam doesnt work since no raw support
On RR remix, everything smooth, work good, but the camera . Will perfect if our devices has ggcam
