You have XT1250, you flashed XT1225 radio. Don't do that. It's a different FCC ID with different radio bands.
"Soak 4" radio is Brazilian XT1225 Marshmallow soak test.
On your XT1250, you can flash radio for XT1250 or XT1254 (same FCC ID, same bands), but not for XT1225 variants.
MORE INFO:
The XT1225 and XT1254/XT1250 all share LTE bands 2, 3, 4, 7.
The XT1225 additionally has LTE band 5 and 17 (more bands used by AT&T, which is why I bought it because I use AT&T).

The XT1254/XT1250 instead has LTE band 13 (Verizon LTE band), plus CDMA bands. While it does have some HSPA bands, there's not as many as in the XT1225.

Thanks ChazzMatt!
Solved by fastboot flashing appropriate radio.img for xt1250.
Located firmware file using search "xda xt1250 firmware" and extracted radio.img from zip package.
Fastboot command: "fastboot flash radio radio.img"
No simcard error/boot issues can also be caused by improperly wiping phone contents via TWRP. Internal Storage must also be wiped.

[Discussion] Need Help in Unbricking redmi note 3 Snapdragon

Here is the short story. I followed the unofficial method of unlocking bootloader. I did that and managed to install twrp then i flashed CM14. However, it proved to be not working (Stuck at CM Logo). I also noticed that in TWRP it has an error which is E: Failed to mount /persist. So yeah, i revert back to MIUI and relock it. I managed to reflash to 7.1.8.0 global beta but the problem is there are so many bugs like No wifi detected and no sim data making it unusable to do any internet plus brightness isn't working.
So, this is the true problem came. I followed Raaj52's instruction and want to flash the latest Fastboot rom Developer (which is 6.7.29 global) but i got stuck with Unspecified error when i follow Raaj's instruction. When i do miflash and flash in EDL mode, it got stuck with Not enough storage is available to continue. Please help me, i have redmi phone just and want to use it again.
In addition, can someone please explain to me about:
1. Why E: Failed to mount /persist in TWRP happens?
2. Why Wifi cant detect any hotspot and sim card has no service at all?
3. Why do i have Unspecified error when flashing in Fastboot mode?
4. Why do i have Not storage is available to continue error in EDL mode?
Thank you and hope someone can help me.
PS: I use Miflash 20151028, Anz Folder, Unlocked Bootloader folder and Fastboot_edl folder as well as fastboot ROM downloaded. I also post similar thread in http://en.miui.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=433772&page=1&extra=#pid8058468 in hoping that someone can help me.
P.S: The Device codename is Kenzo (Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro Snapdragon Version) and here is the picture needed for you guys to help me figuring this out.

CSC change definitive possible, but im not a Programmer. Maybe a DEV can build

Can a DEV please create a Version for SM-G9550 Snapdragon Version? I already tried another CSC zip to change to VZW (Verizon) USA. Works perfect, phone is recognized after the to install bat as VZW
i took the VoLTE_Fix.zip from here: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=817550096634782202 its from the 955U Thread
"Now Unzip the VoLTE_Fix.zip Inside the SM-G955U1_System folder
Click and run 1_Install.bat
After zip is installed phone will reboot
Once phone is at setup screen reboot back to recovery
In recovery click Apply Update From ADB
Click and run 2_Install.bat Inside the SM-G955U1_System folder"
At this Point this works perfect , but i wonder about the boot Vibrate, its longer definitive. Is this normal?
Now my Question:
I need Vodafone (VD2) instead the VZW. Could a Dev build a Version with the CSC from VD2 inside? I tried a few times build own, but not really successfull.
i also tried the VZW flashable CSC test. But after install that i need to restore EFS infos to get it work
Really NO ONE?? NO ANSWER??
What exactly are you trying to do here? I know with the US Snapdragon varient changing CSC features amongst carriers is one adb command away.
Have you read through any of the carrier switching threads?

I have extracted VD2 from CSC selection zip from S8/S8+ forums (exynos versions but CSC is same for snap too)
Made a zip file, try flashing via Recovery and see if it works.
VD2-CSC-S8S8p.zip (This has OMC file structure... if this doesn't work, you may try renaming Folder_OMC to Folder_CSC in the zip and try)
Wow, that one works. First update to CHC_G9550CHC1AQJ4 , then TWRP 3.1.1.1 . insert your zip. After restart I only need to "activate" the correct CSC in Phone Info app. Then i reset the Phone manually and all set to VD2. And Sales Code is set to VD2. Thanks.
Look here.

Could you tell me how do you build this csc? And maybe you know a good program to pass verify stock adb package transfer . Because the volte zip from verizon works in adb without root and twrp.

Dual Sim data connection issue

I am facing a strange and annoying issue. I think it started since I started using those "Toggle Network" root apps to force 4G only (since our phone has no "LTE only" option).
Basically what happens is that when I am using internet on sim 1, sim 2 starts to lose signal, and, along with this, the sim 1 internet speed drops to the point it is unusable. Sometimes even "x" appears on sim 2 signal.
(Notice the sim 2 signal)

"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
However, disabling sim 2 fixes the issue and the internet speed is restored.
(Sim 2 Disabled)
Things to note:
1. This happens frequently.
2. This never happened before I used those apps, mainly "Toggle Network Type 5.0".
3. I restored stock TWRP backup, wiped the system, factory reset.........nothing seemed to fix it.
4. This happened on a previous phone, when I used some "root sms blocker" apps in the era of kitkat/lollipop. I was never able to fix this.
5. Although the coverage of sim 2 isn't great in my area, but why exactly is sim 1 data connection speed is dependent on sim 2 network signals, is beyond me.
TLDR; I Fu***d up my radio signals by using root network apps. No amount of flashing, restoring backups, resetting is fixing it. HELP!!!

Like I said, I tried restoring system from a TWRP backup that I made a while ago when this issue didn't exist. How is it different from flashing from stock recovery? Is it?

Flashing with MiFlash has the status the first line of the bat file

I have the Mi Mix 3 that has the Chinese ROM. I unlocked the bootloader and currently trying to flash the global ROM.
I downloaded the Mi Flash tool and the Global Fastboot ROM, but when I try to flash it, the status is always the first line of the BAT file (see screenshot)

Your answer right there. Mismatch device. I believe to go to global, you need to use twrp.

I see. I thought that, since the status was the first line of the ba file, it was not executing it properly.
However, a strange thing happened. After I rebooted the phone and entered again intro fastboot, it worked.
I guess it was some communication error maybe?
Anyway, if you have the same problem, try and do the following (I don't know which one was the actual sollution)
1. Add Android SDK to your environment variables (open a cmd window and enter adb. If it works, it is done properly)
2. Reboot into fastboot without hte phone being connected to the PC. Open MiFlash Tool, connect the device, hit "refresh"

Bootloader error when starting Moto G3

A relative brought me his Moto G3 (XT1542) because it did not turn him on, he told me that the device was being updated and turned it off without knowing that something bad could happen, then he wanted to turn it on and send it to the following screen:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
When "Start" was selected using the power button, the Motorola logo was displayed for a fraction of a second and the following screen appeared:
No matter which option is selected, "Bootloader Log" appears in all.
I have already tried to load the stock firmware but it does not take it, the same error continues.
I already thank you if you can help me solve this, it is already giving me headaches
Sorry for my bad English, I had to translate it because I don't speak that language.

did this work? I am stuck at the same problem
This error is indicative that either the ramdisk or kernel is corrupted. However, this is a soft brick and can be restored by using fastboot mode or RSD-Lite to flash an official firmware package to your device. Doing so will restore the device back to a factory stock state (but will not relock the bootloader if it has been unlocked. But, since relocking the bootloader carries no advantage except warranty related advantages, this is of little consequence). Official firmware packages for the Moto G 2015 can be found here https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/osprey/official/
Select the most current package for your variant. There are numerous guides here on XDA for restoring Moto devices using fastboot or RSD-Lite. The best fastboot guide I have seen is @lost101's tutorial & firmware repo here https://forum.xda-developers.com/2015-moto-g/general/guide-fastboot-flashing-factory-t3187750
(Official firmware is available at either of the above links. Just choose a link and find the most current build for your device.) @R1ffR4ff's earlier post linking the Lenovo Motorola Smart Assistant should also fully restore your device, and is less complicated than manually flashing an official firmware package. As such, the methods outlined in my post should only be used if the Smart Assistant did not do the trick.
