Best thing to do is flash stock rom via odin and start again - this will wipe the phone and restore stock firmware
You will need
odin
your phones firmware
usb cable
samsung usb drivers
a windows pc
Best search your device specific xda forum for firmware and how to's or you can get firmware via the sammobile website

Can't I flash a zip file...
How to flash firmware ... Through Odin can you elaborate
Which file is needed for that... I know how to flash recovery but not firmware

like I said - look at your phone device specific forum for how to's
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2751369
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=61733408&postcount=3
you can google how to use odin but the instructions are on the first link given with odin itself in the post attachment

Hey buddy I am not able to flash through Odin can you please help..

Either
1 - you have not put your phone into download mode and pressed vol up to start connection
2 - you have not installed the samsung usb drivers
http://developer.samsung.com/galaxy/others/android-usb-driver-for-windows
if everything in odin is working you will see com:number in a coloured box under com:id on the left hand side of odin when your device is connected

The com:5 is visible ...
Kies is also not detecting my phone
I'll try after installing drivers

Not able to flash !!!

Ok, DONT flash cwm again!!! IT WILL NOT HELP
you just have to flash stock firmware, use odin 1.85 and on PDA put the firmware you dowloaded
P.S Format system means you formated android, so now you dont have any firmware on your phone, of course it gets stuck
Done

Do yo have old twrp backup?
If yes then try to flash that backup,
Or If you can access custom recovery then try any AOSP rom.
Or remove battery for a day then place it back, try again stock rom with odin.

It sounds like you need to repartition your phone by flashing a rom with a pit file included. I'm not sure if kies emergency firmware rescue is available for your device as that would have a pit file included. Try asking in this thread here

When you flash the latest firmware for your device with odin it passes with no errors? Flashing stock firmware with odin will replace your recovery with stock recovery. You could try flashing twrp through odin and then seeing if you can boot into twrp and flash a rom

And after flashing stock with odin kids still doesn't recognise It? Sounds like you need to flash a rom with pit file included, kies emergency firmware rescue does this. Other than that I'm out of ideas

You can look if mskips toolbox is available for your device yes. That normally contains a software rescue package
