[Q] HELP!!!

hello, im newbie. i just finish flashing custom rom my SGA Plus. when i try to "reboot system" a triangle shown and put me on CWM recovery again. then i try to flash stock rom via odin and it failed. now my screen show "firmware upgrade recovery encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in Kies & try again" Kies does not detect my phone. but odin detect it. somebody HELP me.. :crying: what should i do?? sorry for my bad english..

Are you sure? Turn off then Volume down+home+ power

yes im sure.. i cant go to recovery n download mode. . kies does not detect my phone. . just computer and odin will detect it. . :/

it is detected by odin, so it is sort of download mode (if we can say that) retry flashing with odin (change usb port, cable.....)

ur phone is soft bricked
try flashing it via odin
u can download stock rom for sammobile.com...

Try to flash another custom recovery via Odin then try to reinstall your stock/custom rom again.
I recommend this recovery for Ace Plus GT-S7500 (not for GT-S7500L, GT-S7500T nor any other variant)

why couldn't you flash stock rom? in download mode it should work

See screen shot. It is in download mode. I open odin and connect my phone nothing happen. I was stuck on what is in the picture.

I cant boot to CWM, even pressing vol. up+vol. down+home+power still it go to download mode, and in download mode i think its not working also because when you open odin and connect your phone it will detect right? Mine was not detecting, i was stuck in that downloading message. I have nandroid backup but i cant restore since i cant boot to CWM.

I dont know if this is hard brick i never in countered like this before. It is easy to fix if odin can detect my phone but since not this is so tough for me so i need an advice or help from you guys.

It's not a hard brick yet.
The " Downloading... " message won't change and that's normal, Odin leftmost white bar will turn yellow if it detect your phone, otherwise, you will need to install your phone's USB Cable Drivers.

Oh thanks god thats a relief hearing this from you. I will try this tomorrow, hope this will work. Thanks! How to install usb cable driver? If i did will odin can detect my phone?

I guess that if you install Kies on your PC then you are sure you have USB drivers installed.

Yes donwload USB drivers by samsung kies
and should odin reads it and reflash stock rom hope it works

You should try wiping data and cache by going into recovery mode. If ur phone still stuck on boot logo then u have to flash Stock rom using odin. For this. You must have ur phones drivers installed in your Computer.
Download Samsung drivers from here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=961956
read the instructions and install.
After that download your phone's stock firmware: http://www.tsar3000.com/Joomla/inde...ace-plus-firmwares&catid=55:samsung&Itemid=82
You can get from the above link.

still cant fix my phone, i install samsung kies and the usb driver was installed also after kies. i open kies but when i connect my phone to usb cable(original samsung cable) my phone open in download mode like the screenshot in the first post. this always happen when i plug phone to pc. even boot to CWM button won't work, it always go to download mode. everytime the phone open, it always go to download mode. i open odin and plug my phone still it cannot detect, even with kies intalled in pc and usb drive as well. it was stuck always in download mode.:crying:

OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH THANKS GOD!!!!!! and to all of you guys!!!!!!! I'm alive finaly after so many times pluging my phone to pc ODIN detected my phone and finaly i'm on stock firmware. woooooooooOOOOOOHHHHH! crying! (tears of joy)

I have Galaxy trend plus s7580.
My friend asked me to repair it.
Problem is that phone isn't booting.
It says only Samsung GALAXY Trend Plus GT-S7580 on black screen.
And it stuck on boot loop.
I tried flashing it with Kies and with odin using 3 diferent fw.
Same always. Meybe i need a full fw to flash with odin but i couldn't find it anywhere.
Please help Sry for my English.

Solution is probably:
Flash firmware via ODIN.
Open stock recovery.
Wipe data.
Wipe cache.
Phone will be fine

stock recovery does not open
Do you have meyabe a stock full rom with bootloader and everything ?

I don't know which region you need.
Have you checked Sammobile ? Type s7580 to get the right firmwares listed.

i need a Poland version. I downloaded it and it does not work either.
I tred S7580XXUBOA1_S7580ITVBOA1_S7580XXUBOA1_Home.tar also but nothing.

i've got same problem with a S7580 and a S7562...just stuck in boot logo..no recovery booting..only download mode is working
even with pit files i wasn't able to revive them....

Help GT-S7580 HARDBRICK

Hello
i have a gt-s7580 that was stuck on bootloop .
i had access to recovery and download mode .
steps :
1: used smartswitch it stuck from the begining.
2: flashed many firmwares with odin but no luck it stucks while writing system always
3: flashed a cyanogen mod rom with twrp but as always it stuck at writing system...
4: used repair firmware with pit S7580XXUBOA1_OXXBOA1_4.2.2 (4 file firmware boot,csc,modem,pda)
and now it shows nothing on screen no dl mode no recovery no samsung logo and when i connect to the pc it shows unknown device
device id : USB\VID_0A5C&PID_E920&REV_0001
and that happens when i try to enter download mode only
i dont have any odin logs to show
i need help ,, sorry for my bad english thank you

Do yo have old twrp backup?
If yes then try to flash that backup,
Or If you can access custom recovery then try any AOSP rom.
Or remove battery for a day then place it back, try again stock rom with odin.

Hey guys,I just got that phone and managed to mess it up real good!I tried to flash stock 4.4.4 rom and odin failed at system.now the phone is stuck at emergency mode.I cant install odin to use emergency recovery,it tells me i am not connected to the internet.All stock roms i try to flash fail when odin gets to system.That has as never happened before.any help will be appreciated !

It sounds like you need to repartition your phone by flashing a rom with a pit file included. I'm not sure if kies emergency firmware rescue is available for your device as that would have a pit file included. Try asking in this thread here
