Hi guys, Netflix app doesnt work anymore on my Honor 8 from july. Every time i open the app i have this message: "This app is not compatible whit this device....."
My Honor IS NOT rooted and the bootloader is locked. I'm on B389 and the latest version of netflix.
I also called netflix service and they told me to install an older version of the app and actually it works but i want to use the most recent app!
B389 here and running the latest update for Netflix from the play store without issue.

Just give it sometime it should fix itself. I had a similar issue with a game and a Google Play Services update fixed.

Try install netflix app from official web: help.netflix.com/en/node/57688
In my case working well, but I have downgraded B131, maybe the problem is there?

It's on the play store. I received the update on my L04. I'm in the US though haha.
I downloaded it from the playstore and I haven't received the update in Canada yet.

You may have to wait. From what it appears they're doing a trickle release and slowly pushing it to devices.

No. Mine has only Installed and All tabs. And the interface is not same as yours. Btw I'm using mate 9 pro.
Mine says uncertified.
I don't remember updating though. But I guess this could have to do with the fact that Playstore is installed in /data rather than /system.
When I unlocked bootloader my Playstore went poof. I haven't seen vending.apk in any of the other partitions either.
Edit: mine only has Installed, All and Beta.

Did you change DPI or something? I have the same version and "Installed, All, Beta". The certification is pretty new and not very accurate apparently according to my Google skills(at least in January-February.). So could just be that. Huawei is a certified dev but I can't find the Mate 9 in their Approved devices list....

i got uncertified as well but my ui is still the same like before
I used to have not certified if I'm rooted but on stock unrooted usually i was certified.
Now I'm stock not rooted and uncertified that's weird.
Google is doing some silly test lol

got similar version and same uncertified message but interface is similar to my old note 3 where gplay was showing certified, working fine tho. I got MHA-AL00 version original stock rom.

AL00C00, was certified on an older version, just updated to 7.6.08.N-all, still certified
Just updated to B175 and reinstalled coreGMS app and still playstore is not certified, wonder if is something in the chinese firmware that is causing it.
They new playstore is online again.

New playstore like yours, but mine shows ceritified.
All stock, and have not tinkered with the phone in any way.
with latest update B186 now store apps says certified.

Last night I got a Google play service updated version from #apkmirror
I just download and install after that a few minutes later I got a beta update of Google play service . Now I can download apps from Google play store

Just grabbed a Mate 30 Pro as I've been a fanboi since the Mate 8 but the lack of Google Services sucks! Anyway, got all things Google going last night and I'm beginning to understand when to unfreeze Google Framework (seems to aid authentication in some apps and licenses in others) so, so far so good.
It's all working at the moment and I don't want to break it, but I assume the longer we go without updating Google Play Services then more change we'll hit some compatibility issues. My question (get to it already I hear you say) is asked in the subject - Aurora Store states I have an update available for Google Play Services - do I ignore it or can I install it?
Sorry if this has been asked already (I did search I promise )

If everything is working fine, I would suggest not to update play services.

If everything is working well there is no need, that being said I had no issues but I still like to run the latest versions.

Yes, no issues on my GMS.
But you installed GS Framework the 22th february 2019 and they updated in April.

So the OPPO apps such as contacts, file manager, game space etc... They aren't on the Google play store as they are OPPOs own apps.
Oh I'm with ya now bit odd there app store not installed by default then obviously those apps need updating as well

If you really want to update all of them to the lastest, there is a telegram group with members who upload all the updates from different oppo apps..

That's my thinking as well no updates when searched and I had previously just updated os out of the box only 2 apps showed updates and they are play store apps

Contact and sms is the native Google application, looking at the info.
Game space and file manager is part of the software and will update via the software updates eg color os updates.
