Fingerprint to lock my phone - Miscellaneous Android Development

Hello,
Nougat has a feature to lock the phone by fingerprint. I am unable to do that in my K8 Note (Nougat 7.1.1)
How do I enable this feature?

Navigate to settings > security and you'll be able to find the fingerprint option there

[Q] No option to change screen lock after updating to CM 12.1

I recently updated to CM 12.1 from CM 12. I had a lock screen PIN setup earlier.
Now there is no option to change it under Settings->Security!!
I have attached the screenshots of Security options available for me in Settings.

[Q&A] How can I disable PIE?

My device has ResurrectionRemix 5.7.0 with Android M 6.0.1. I was going to trim my cache, data and system with LagFix (premium) app, but it sends me this error "error: only position independent executables (PIE) are supported.".
Surfing in the net I understand that I have to disable PIE (position indipendent executables).
Can someone tell me how can I turn off PIE controls?
It's not PIE controls but a new security check in Android System and you can't disable it, only rom developers can.

Question Some feature missed here

I come from OP6 with crdroid (rooted), now with pixel 7 pro and default ROM but still rooted.
I rooted like from XDA instructions (patch init_boot).
First question: root remain after every update or I still need to patch new init_boot?
If after update I open magisk with *install in new slot, this will be installed in boot or in init_boot?
Also, seconds in bar enabled with:
System UI Tuner - Apps on Google Play
Shortcut to the hidden System UI Tuner tool in Android 9 and newer.
play.google.com
Double tap lock display with:
Screen off - Widget & tile - Apps on Google Play
Save your power button!
play.google.com
Disable in lock screen and customize power menu:
GitHub - KieronQuinn/ClassicPowerMenu: Power Menu Replacement for Android
Power Menu Replacement for Android. Contribute to KieronQuinn/ClassicPowerMenu development by creating an account on GitHub.
github.com
ATM miss just 3 finger swipe screenshot and disable quickpanel in lock screen.
Any app, magisk module or lsposed module for this?
Thanks in advance

You will need to patch the init.boot file in Magisk, then install it from bootloader. If you use the OP6 method of 'install in new slot after OTA' you will soft brick your device. This must be done after every update. Install AOSP mods for a better systemui tuner
