So this is my first post, and I have a problem with bricked HOX.
I tried to put custom ROM, ViperX, with CWM (previously I unlocked bootloader and flashed with custom CWM recovery.img). After installation, I flashed with boot.img, but I couldn't boot. Now I have bricked, unlocked, HOX. I tried to unbrick with ruu, but ruu warned that my bootloader version is not good for ruu.
So how can I unbrick my HOX, is there ruu version for my HOX (and is there any way to unbrick it at all?)?
My HOX's specs:
CID: HTC__032
version-main: 3.20.401.3
HBOOT-1.39.0000
RADIO-5.1204.162A.29
Please help, and sorry for my bad English. I hope you understood

HTC ONE 802W Bricked
Hallo, I have the htc one 802W dual sim variant. It has HTC_802w_CWM_recovery_6.0.3.3_PhilZ_Touch_5 recovery & s-off, and the european rom version. PN07IMG_M7C_DUG_JB_50_S1_HTC_Europe_2.19.401.1_Radio_1237.21.28.0627_release_326125
My problem begins when I try to change model ID to flash the new 4.4.2 version, in the process it bricks and now is black screen, no led charging, but PC recognizes it when I connect by USB cable.

Unfortunately you're in the wrong device forum, this is the HTC One XL form. You need to ask in your own device forum, the people there are experienced with your phone and will be able to help you.

Hi.
Recent I downloaded a custom rom running android revolution 71.0 hd, my phone is rooted and I am running twrp 2.7. I choose to go back to original rom and restore everything my phone is also relocked tampered. I somehow locked it and again relocked and wiped everything, I ran this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2626050 rom and installed it, a while later I restart my phone and get "system proccess error" wait or click ok to shut down so the rom was not working. Somehow I am now stuck on the fastboot and cannot do a ****. Tried so hard installing like over 11 different twrp versions and no one of them seems working, only 1 worked from t-mobile, it went in and then I could not move anything, just stuck freez. I really want to do RUU recovery but my phone is S-on and I don't know if you guys know if it works to do a RUU even if the phone is s-on, I can lock the bootloader or keep it like now unlocked that works so far but cannot do anything else like install custom rom or anything else. I will put down my phone specifications down below and also typed "fastboot getvar all" command so you will see all info I can put down and which ruu version do I need and how do I do to install or fix this pls help me guys!!!!

Hi there,
The mission of XDA Assist is to provide basic help to those who have tried searching but can't find what they are looking for and need assistance.
This is not a "helpdesk" providing technical assistance but more to point you in the correct direction with your problem.
So, you already posted your problem in the right thread here and you only must wait some answer from the users who know how to do it.
Or read this guide and follow the instructions: [GUIDE] How to Return to 100% Stock or [Guide] Firewater S-Off (thanks to @Perseus71)
Good luck
i recently bought an htc e8 dual sim online , it was on stock 4.4.2. and working fine

i updated the device using official RUU 5.0.2 with radio version 1.14.30.0320 but radio stopped working along with baseband and imei unknown problem. i think this was caused due to baseband downgrade. tried several RUUs and twrp backups with clean wipe but no use.
if any one can share htc e8 dual mec dwgl opaj 40000 india region baseband version 2.06.30.0715 img i will be very grateful.
i am hoping that flashing this img will solve the problem. (or any other method to restore phone back to its former glory)

So I softbricked my HTC one M8 and I can only get into bootloader mode. Everytime I reboot it goes straight into the fast boot and hboot menu. Can anybody help me get my phone up and running again? Also I'm stuck with S-ON and my bootloader is unlocked.

I was doing something stupid, had a rom but was using fastboot to try flash it and kept getting signature failed. when I put the RUU.ZIP onto my SD Card it worked perfectly.
Thanks for the quick reply!
