Restoring my Note 10.1 to official

Hello All,
When I got my Note 10.1 a couple of months ago, it had the stock android version. I checked for software update but it wasn't showing any so I downloaded the samsung german 4.1.2 rom and installed via Odin. Before the update my baseband was N8000XXALI3 and after it became N8000XXCLL1. All went well, but now when I try to check for updates I get a "PROCESSING FAILED" error. I know that it's because the german rom is not officially released for my tablet.
I'm kinda new at Android so please bear with me
How do I know the area of origin of my tablet? I understand I have to flash it with an official rom made for its region. How do I know for sure which one it is?
Thank you kindly, and sorry if this was answered before, but I searched and I couldn't find simple explanations.

You have not got the original firmware so codes don't match .
How do I know the area of origin of my tablet?
What did you buy did you not note original details .

Not true .
Restore your saved original firmware or try .

Flashing 5.0 Lollipop

So I flashed the brazillian lollipop OTA on my Indian XT033 and can someone explain to me step by step how I'll be able to flash the Indian Lollipop update when it releases publicly without losing my data?

Why you flashed Brazilian version. It could brick your phone. Motorola is gonna release official android L here in less than a week, i guess.
Anyway, download indian version of stock 4.4.4 and flash it with stock recovery. Relock the bootloader. Latest motorola adb and fastboot drivers should be there before starting this whole process.
Motorola has updated its OTA updater app a couple of days ago. So go to play store and update it to make your phone ready for android lollipop

And in this way you could end up messing your phone.
Once youre on lollipop there's no way as of now to downgrade to KK.
But once the india lollipop update is out someone will figure out a way to install that.Until then enjoy your phone o Brazilian 5.0.
And also I dont find some good reason to install Indian update ovr brazilian one coz there will be no major change.
I guess both are "Asia retail" firmwares?
Please press THANKS if interesting. Sent from Moto G-od via xt1033 free Android app.

You can get 5.1.1 firmware at sammobile website. if it is getting failed means that particular ROM is not compatible with your device.

Yeah we know that trick but once you flash stock its NOO ! that trick is not working after flashing the newer bootloader ( its like take 5.0.1 bootloader place it inside 5.1.1 rom then flash it with odin ) so can flash 5.0.1 rom later but if you flash 5.1.1 ROM with newer bootlader its bye for 5.0.1 rom...you get it ? But why the hell you wanna flash old rom anyway ? Its lagy and makes your phone hot like fire...bugs...

Nvm found it but my phone version is C432 and the consumer.huawei.com one is the c185

For the European Version try this. I did the same on three G Play Minis and it still works.

Flash following ROMs

Did you unroot before upgrading, if not then it's all your fault
Still, it's possible to get out of it.
Let's start from the simplest and move on to the complex.
Simplest is to boot into recovery (custom or twrp/cwm) and wipe cache and dalvik cache. If you did not unroot before upgrading then no need to do the above.
If that does not work, you may have to use adb to flash images to your phone in fastboot mode.
Please let me know what was your phone's root state at the time of update so we can move forward with complex stuff.

Do the MM update by downloading from Sammobile.
Don't screw around with OTA updates. . . . too much chance of an error.

It seems your phone is a little different due to the bootloader.
I did find this though:
https://www.techandios.com/root-samsung-galaxy-note-edge-sm-n915a-f-to-be-replaced-by-a/amp/
Do a little research on the web and on this board.
You'll probably find some good answers.
