[Keyboard Problem] Bad Keyboard

I was modding icon on my Nexus but I don't know what I have do.
Now I have the keyboard like this

[Q] Trouble Changing bootscreen and bootamimations on gsb droid eris

Can someone please help me with the right steps on how to change or load a new bootscreen/animation on my eris. I have followed the steps for bootsound and it works great. I deleted my cm7 bootanimation and placed the unstable core bootanimation in the data/local folder using root explorer and i get nothing except the word android? please help...nothing
