Sent from my MHA-L29 using XDA-Developers Legacy app
tested mine today, see comparison with One plus 5 for reference
The earlier updates had a higher performance level for both phones, but Huawei has recently dropped performance for better battery life. These are my scores
Mate 9 Pro - 121k
Mate 9 - 148k
I have both Chinese 6GB Ram models. Huawei doesn't have a huge increase in performance due to increased Ram, but does have better Ram management properties imo.
Stop worrying about the Antutu score and realize you have one of the smoothest and fastest phones on the market

Overall speed

Would you say that the Honor 9 is "fast" in day-to-day use? A higher rating indicates that you think the Honor 9 exhibits fantastic performance. Like, is it as fast as your tears when you watch The Titanic?
Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!
Apps open flawless ... u can switch from 1 to another in 0,5 seconds... Fastest smartphone I ever had, last I had was G5
It's so fast!
I just passed 700 hours mark without a restart. Still fast and smooth as ever.
The phone is always very very fast. Only the scrolling has micro lags, but I don't know if it is a software problem (b130).
Its really fast and responsive...running smooth
Speed is a high level on this phone the Krin 960 is very stable and fast processor.
No problem.

My honor 9 isn't that fast. The navigation isn't smooth at all and even some basic apps are lagging (YouTube, Chrome, games like geometry dash,...).
I'm running oreo (STF-L09 8.0.0.360(C432)).
I already tried to factory reset my phone but it's still lagging.
The Honor 9 is fast, but that's not it's strong point. It will lag a bit on games with intense 3D physics.

Honor View20 Benchmark Results

The Honor View20 is the fastest Honor phone ever made. With the Kirin 980 and 8GB of RAM, I put the phone to the test with several different benchmarking apps. Here are the results.

I acheived 305k topping every other android phone except the s10. Its nice to know that the honor view 20 is the second best phone out right now in terms of power and performance.

Honor 8X vs Honor 20i/Lite

With Honor’s launch of the Honor 20 series, they included the 20 Lite model which acts as a budget solution for those looking for an entry-level phone in the series. The Honor 20 Lite captures the spirit of the 20 and 20 Pro while compromising on some of the specs in order to keep the price down. Let’s see how this new budget phone stacks up against the Honor 8X, which is another one of Honor’s more popular budget phones.

Both phones are equipped with the Kirin 710 chipset, which makes them great phones for gaming and performance in general. In this area, neither phone is significantly better than the other. App launch speeds and performance are the same.
The one area where these phones are a little different is the camera. While the 20 Lite has a higher resolution camera than the 8X, let’s see if that translates into better quality.
Camera Comparison
These photos show that the Honor 8X has a significantly higher quality camera than the Honor 20 Lite. These improvements are seen in videos, photos, slow-mo, night shots, AI shots and every other aspect of the cameras. Given that all the other specs on these phones are the same, the better camera makes the Honor 8X the superior phone.

Not seen in the image is the pairing of the new MariSilicon X NPU to get the 4K Ultra Night Video mode.
It just keeps getting better and better and has adapted to the times!

They have a lot of hype over Ultra Night images and videos. Have you taken any of those yet or with a comparison to another device? The Hasselblad color adaptation makes the colors more vibrant or could also be the time of day you took the picture.

This is just for the Find X. They have other series like the Reno which is now on Reno7.

It was smart lol I appreciate the graphic though.
You know, this should be available for all series. They have an OPPO F21 coming out. We should see an F Series evolution too
