Install instructions: Only for international N9005
If you are on Jelly Bean (4.3):
Must flash the KitKat bootloader first!
The easiest way is ODIN v3.07 download stock 4.4.2 firmware from sammobile.com and flash it.
If you are already on Kitkat (4.4.2):
Root your phone with CF-Auto-Root
Flash Chenglu's CWM recovery
Go to CWM recovery (press and hold Home+Volume up+Power button)
If you want backup your current Rom.
Start the installation
Wipe method can be selected in the included Aroma installer, so wipe in recovery not needed.
Select what you want to install
Start the install
If the installer finished reboot
Attention with the method above no more warranty (KNOX will be changed to 0x1)

Just as info for those, who want's to use the f2fs file system:
Recommended: TWRP 2.8.x.x & an custom kernel with f2fs file system support !
1.) Backup your internal SD Card! Attention internal SD Card will be fomatted by moving from ext4 to f2fs!!
2.) Copy the Rom zip to external SD Card!
3.) Download and install TWRP recovery.
4.) Boot to recovery mode
5.) Press Wipe - Advanced Wipe - Select System - Repair or Change File System - Change File System
6.) Do the same for Data & Cache
7.) Back to TWRP home screen
8.) Install - Select the Rom zip
9.) At the first selection screen in the Aroma installer select: Custom file system mode
10.) At the next screen select Lean kernel for f2fs support.
After that the install process is back to normal.

The Rom includes lot of changes, so I recommend to use "wipe data/factory reset"
from recovery before installing the Rom. Clean install recommended. "Partial wipe"
Please don't restore old backups, first try the Rom.
Instead external backup apps use the built in Google backup.
It's perfect! All apps & settings will be restored after a clean install.

@ Xposed compatibility:
- I don't know don't using them (except Per App Settings) must find out what can be used
- Xposed installer included, because some apps aren't multi Dpi yet. (set them back to 480 Dpi with Per App Settings)
@ Enabling S5 TW 2014 UI in settings:
- Never tried it (don't like the Smurfs blue color) try it yourself
@ FC with some apps or in the settings:
- Please put back what you manually removed
@ Homescreen with TW launcher looks ugly after Dpi change:
- Clean data: Settings / General / Application manager / ALL / TouchWiz home => press Clear data button
@ Where is the search window from each settings tab?:
- only here: Settings / General / Search
@ How to turn off the Speed Meter?:
- Settings / Device / Display / Speed Meter
@ How to remove 3Minit Quicklaunch?:

@ How to change density without the Aroma installer?:
- Easiest way is Textdroider Dpi from Google Play (Set / Apply / Reboot)
@ Recovery is locked with Reactivation lock... :crying:
- If you locked your phone, than flash stock Rom with ODIN. Login to your samsung account.
- Settings / General / Security and turn on the reactivation lock, REBOOT!
- Go back and turn of reactivation lock REBOOT!
- Lock is gone, root your phone again, flash CWM, falsh custom ROM
@ Can't see some app in the Play Store on custom DPI:
1.) Install this Multi DPI Playstore patch from custom recovery
2.) Settings / General / Application manager / All
Clear Data for: Google Play Services, Google Play Store, Google Services Framework
3.) Open Playstore app (shouldn't work)
4.) Settings / General / Accounts / Google / Accounts (open your account) / Remove Google account
5.) Reboot
6.) Open Playstore
7.) Log in
8.) If it's only loading and loading press home button
9.) Longpress on the home button remove Playstore
10.) Open Playstore (should work now)
@ PIN unlock not working SD unmounts:
Flash N9005XXUFNF2 modem or higher with ODIN. Safety first! Use the original Note 3 USB cable!
- Before flashing turn off the phone.
- Take out the battery.
- Wait 5 sec. So long start Odin.
- Put the battery back.
- Boot directly to download mode. (Press and hold Volume down + Power + Home button)
- Connect the USB cable to your Phone.
- Select the downloaded modem. (CP)
- Flash the selected modem.
@ Micro lags in the TW Launcher: (thanks to @Davide_M12 for the solution)
- Open S Voice
- Press menu and then settings
- Turn off "Use Location Data" (if doesn't help then turn "Wake Up Command" off too)
@ Google Play Movies can't play videos:
- For DRM protected contents stock kernel necessary (at the first time, then custom kernel can be used)

If I finished the OP you will see what can be selected in Aroma. (there are some basic changes)
There are no themes only stock (TW 2013 UI)

In the next 5 minutes...
For root users:
Don't need to wipe in recovery!
Wipe settings are included in the Aroma installer.
Full Wipe (only for clean install, because formats the internal SD card)
Partial wipe (recommended for first install)
Easy Wipe (for future use If you want to re select the apps without data loss)
EFS backup as you want
Kernel:
with update mode you can keep your current kernel
Dpi can be selected in the Aroma installer.
At the first install don't use update mode except the kernel selection.
Aroma installer getting sometimes crazy at the end of the install, wait 5 sec, than reboot.
Install log will not be saved with auto reboot.

Because including all the changes in the Rom takes long time and I can't work on it all day long.
Including all changes needs about one month for me and every week comes a new firmware..
So if I try to keep my Rom updated, than never will be released, because can't finish it.
Until 4.4.3 I'll stay on ND5.
It's OK for me.

Thankyou so much for this rom :laugh:, its my daily driver every other thing works but the gps navigation doesn't work, it keeps on losing signal and never gets a solid signal :crying:, any help would be greatly appreciated as I use the gps navigation on my phone almost everyday

Sorry I can't help you because mine works well.
There are some threads with the same problem, but I never had problem with the GPS.
Nobody knows exactly why:
- Someone changed his sim card (with an newer version)
- Someone tightened the screws on the back
- Someone installed X-Note
- Someone used the Gps fix
Maybe one of them could help you.
I can't search the problem if it works.
