The most coolest and most awesome android phone <3 in this budget! <3
I like it BUT I wish Nokia would release the bootloader unlock so we can actually get som devs online to help fix any problems or niggles we'd like to change...
If, like ASUS, they don't dothis for a few months, it will kill off all dev support for the phone.
Don't believe me, look at the Asus Zenfone 3 forum... No custom roms there, just the tumbleweeds rolling through the ghost of a forum...
Just bought one!
Missed android bought a tablet and now bought this! Was fed up of my iPhone 7 paying out ££££ so have sold it recouped my settlement and loving it so far!!

I also got fed up with iPhone prices and exchanged it to this in a shop. It's a great phone, big screen, looks good, everything works. Android is pure vanilla as it should be. Great.

Loving my Nokia 6 so far.
I love the fact that it's a pure Android phone. The only thing Nokia in the OS is for the product support.

I have it only one week now and I already love it. I had a Microsoft Lumia which I also really liked, but when I noticed that apps weren't updated anymore, (and the online banking app that I used had even been discontinued), plus the fact that Microsoft has all but abandoned W10 Mobile (no feature updates for all but the last models) , I started looking for a suitable replacement.

This is my best device, so far out of the 16 android devices I owned. Almost scored it a four only for two reasons wish it was bigger and the speaker is not as good as having two front facing speakers. I know people like to complain can not drop it in a lake (do not get it wet then), can not replace batteries annoying but no big deal, no SD card (128 Gig) is more than enough. So far I used the device heavily and got 20 hours, the battery life while I am always saying I like more is better than my Nexus 6
I came from an HTC M8...loved that phone....but I have to say I have never not had a rooted phone before the Pixel XL...and it is the best phone I have ever owned. Battery life has been amazing. Phone is snappy. I love Nougat 7.1 100%. I don't even feel I need to have root at the moment. Would be nice but to be honest I'll be fine with stock Android. Google did an amazing job with this phone. I was very skeptical on the price and specs. But I know I made the right decision!
P.S. I did go with the Verizon Pixel XL, cuz Google has been out of stock. Got it on launch day. Was also much cheaper to go with Verizon for my work discount.
Edit: the only complaint I do have is the speaker...my M8 had boomsound and was great. Other than that...I love this phone!

I have both the Nexus 6P and Pixel XL. To me, the Pixel XL feels like a "cheap" version of the 6P. Does anyone else feel this?
The camera on the Pixel XL is amazing, but when you pick it up and hold it, it feels like one of those fake mobiles they have on display in shops. There's no premium feel like the 6P.

Come on, seriously? The Nexus 6P always felt cheap to me.. from the not perfectly aligned back creases, to the cheap smudgy glass on the front, and the doubtful and fragile built around the middle. First thing you think when holding Pixel XL is 'damn, this thing is solid!' at least IMHO

Yeah, seriously. My 6P is perfect. I have no issues with the screen, the frame etc. The Pixel just feels like plastic to me, and seeing the huge bottom bezel reminder D's me of my iPhone 4.

Then 4G/LTE won't work.
Besides the loss of stereo speakers coming from a 6P this is without a doubt the best phone I've ever had.

How to used my 3g phone to 4g plz tell me
amazing
I just got it today. Came back from holiday and it was waiting. Awesome, awesome device. I have one issue. The vibration. It is so weak I can hardly hear it's working. It doesn't seem to be intense at all. For me it is a hardware issue. Everything is switched on. Any ideas?
Best android phone I've ever owned, absolutely love it.
Received mine yesterday and I'm genuinely impressed. I've owned more phones than I care to admit to, but I'm honestly even more impressed with this phone than I thought I'd be. I still have my HTC10 as well which, I'm also absolutely in love with. For now, the XL has all my attention. Kudos Google.

Instead of telling just a word u can express more to help peoples here. If u already have the device means give some good feedback. Like what u like more and what u did not like in this device.. It will help peoples like me those looking to buy this ....
I'm glad that Huawei Honor is making this wonderful phone available with US LTE radio bands. I like Huawei. My first Android phone was an Ideos, which still works (has a removable battery) and serves as a simless VOIP phone in our detached workshop/craft room/gym. I'm still using my HAM 2 as my daily driver and plan on upgrading to this phone. (I don't mind the lack of NFC since I'm not wanting to do mobile payments.) Thank you Huawei for recognizing that many consumers in the US can't spend $1000 on a cell phone. I do think your high end phones rival Apple's and Samsung's high end phones. The price point is just too rich for my blood.
I LOVE how they release ANOTHER $200 phone! If I were looking for another phone, I would get one with wireless ac which this one doesn't have. I am a happy owner of the Honor5x and I won't be upgrading anytime soon. If I could Hug Huawei I would. When I do go looking for a phone, I will look at Huawei first and see what they got.
Does anyone feel like headphone jack is little bit loose or is it just in my piece?

Cable is good... I've tried it on other phones. It's just that in honor 7x it is not that tight as compared to other.... I'm not saying that cable falls off. I think my peice has the prob. Just verifying before returning.

I am now a owner of an Honor 7x. I came from the Honor 5x. I had an option to upgrade, so I took advantage, otherwise I was happy with my 5x and had NO plans on upgrading. Having said that, this phone is INCREDIBLE!! Great smoothness, long battery life, long SOT. They have done it AGAIN with the fantastic hardware! With Oreo, I feel like they have fixed most all the issues that existed previously, I'm impressed. Previously I had shunned this thing for not having wireless AC. The truth is, wireless N standard will be around for YEARS to come.
These guys have the best phone out there period.
This phone was one of the best budget phones of it's class when it first launch. Very impressed with it.

Lots of bugs with official rom. Battery is very weak
Great phone, works perfect, great battery life. Just don't seem to be much development, custom ROMs etc. Still on locked bootloader because I have seen good reason to unlock yet.

10/10 for its price, features and specs <3. (upgraded from Xiaomi MiMax 2)
(waiting for its andriod 10 update) <3
I used to love it, but started hating it from the bottom of my heart after it betrayed.
I was debloating it and after I rebooted, the lock screen started to blink with the lock icon just below the damn notch. There was no way to enter the password or provide fingerprint scan, a borderline soft brick. After researching, came to know that removal of one "com.coloros.weather.service" was somehow the culprit! UNREAL.

Love it! One of the best devices i ever owned. I thought curved screen would get in a way, but got used to it really fast and dont mind it now, very beautiful design and comfortable to hold despite huge battery.

Amoled burn in is hardly an issue these days. Screen will last a lot longer than the useful life of this phone! Dont worry about it!
Great Camera and a lot of power in him for cheap money !
Bought it yesterday. So far I am loving it. I enabled android 10 gesture navigation but it is still difficult for me to use it from just one hand. I was planing to unlock boot loader but didn't do that because Custom ROMs are currently not available. How many of you have unlocked bootloader? Have anyone faced any issue while updating via OTA? (Assuming that we first have to flash stock boot image before installing OTA)
I've had mine for a a week now and I love it. I don't plan on rooting it, I never had to do it to the mi s2 I ran for a couple of years. It has a great feel with the curved glass. The display looks good too. This phone hits a sweet spot that is hard to ignore.
I have moved form nexus 6p, after using it for 3 years to this device. Excellent device for real. the only thing i plan to make for now is flash eu miui 12 instead of global when it is available, and i need to wait a few days until i can unlock the bootloader. I'll consider using some custom rooms if they appear, but that'll depend on how much traction and user base phone gets. But overall excellent buy.
I am considering buying this phone for my girlfriend, and I need some info from the people who actually use it.
It ticks all the boxes and on paper it really looks good, but I have read some reviews and forum posts that got me worried.
Namely, there's some people complaining a lot about the proximity sensor and how it acts up during calls. Some people went as far as saying it was a deal-breaker for them and returned the phones.
Have any of you noticed something in that regard?
I could live with my own phone acting weird, but since this one is for my girlfriend, I need to be cautious [emoji12]
