It officially supports app2sd, so without any extra modification it becomes 1.79MB which is not too bad.
What is the difference between firefox and firefox beta
What is the difference between firefox and firefox beta
Memory still an issue after Apps2SD
Once you port over the bookmarks from PC (or Mac?) Version of Firefox, the internal memory decreases dramatically. Should not bookmarks be stored on SD, and less than 10 Megs (yes, I have a lot of bookmarks on Windows Firefox, but still ... A bookmark is only a few kb)? Of course, Arm 6 Firefox is still beta, so things may improve. I did find many appealing factors in it, like being able to bring up official Pixiv app when clicking on an image at the Pixiv (Japanese art site) website. Nifty!
Beta is for latest builds ... regular is for stable version
I checked Google Play, and low and behold, there is a regular Arm 6 version as well as a beta! The beta is of course for experimental use, so not everything may work as intended. Of course, this goes without saying for stable releases too, as there are so many Android based phones and tablets.

Unfortunately it looks like we can't get Adobe Flash Player support in the stock browser and some other browsers as well. The HTC One had a setting in the native browser that let you toggle it on really quickly.
However with a little bit of work, you can find yourself enjoying Adobe Flash on a browser that may be new to you.
Go to the Play Store and install "Boat Browser".
Go to settings > more > security > unknown sources (enable it)
Navigate to http://flash.cricketusers.com (I own this site and put this download here for use with ICS+ devices).
Install Adobe Flash Player
Open the application at the end of the install. It should give you the option of which browser to use. Choose "Boat Browser". It should open into a settings page.
Test Adobe Flash Player within Boat Browser on any flash enabled page.
Flash failed on: Stock Browser, Dolphin Browser.
Others are untested by myself.
KitKat 4.4 Update
I don't have the S4 with me anymore, but below is a video of flash player being installed on my wife's Nexus 5.
Install the modified APK and use Dolphin Browser with JetPack enabled. That should help with the stability aspect of it. Enable flash inside Dolphin.
The modified flash apk has been placed at: http://flash2.cricketusers.com

I thought Chrome really wasn't suppose to support flash... Haven't checked it still. Spend most of my evenings tending to my new baby.
I get "this plugin is not supported" on chrome.
I have 11.1 flash player apk. Maybe someone can tweak it?
I tried to install Flash with Boat Browser and it didn't work. I followed your directions exactly, however, it still says flash is needed and when I click on the "Get Flash" icon, its says "your device does not support flash.
Firefox beta supports flash... I've been using it for several days. Boat browser & Chrome don't support flash.

The G2 (AT&T) stock Browser supports Adobe Flash Player. Just go to Adobe's Archived Flash Player versions and download the latest version under Android 4.0. It didn't work on the Galaxy S4 4.2.2 stock browser so I thought it was worth mentioning.
Remember this works only on the stock Browser. It does NOT work in Chrome. Chrome does NOT support Flash!
And make sure that the option Enable plug-ins is set to Always on in the Browser Settings.
Very nice. I'm jealous. The Verizon version only has Chrome, no stock browser.

Verizon and their stuff....
I love Chrome but sometimes I just NEED to see websites that include Flash content and its awesome to have the option to see them if needed.
If you're on Verizon you can still get the AOSP Browser and add Flash. I just did it, but I'm rooted and I don't know if it would work on non-rooted phones or not.
Install the [ROOT]AOSP Browser Installer from the Play Store. Ignore the warnings and have it install the AOSP Browser. Then go into your App maager and remove [ROOT]AOSP Browser Installer just to clean things up. You'll now have the stock browser that works fine.
Then just follow the instructions in the OP to install Flash. Works great.

On my Verzion G2 there is no LG browser... just Chrome (which won't use Flash). Other versions of the G2 use the AOSP browser. You can have multiple browsers on the same device... no problem.

Does Capture Plus work with this browser?
Also, I've been using Dolphin Browser and it seems to support all my flash needs as well give it a try.
Does International version support flash?
Another workaround (Works on Verizon)
I also have got this to work with Dolphin Browser on my LG G2 Verizon flavor.
Doet the aosp browser from the play store have the PIE controls you can swipe in from the left? I hate having that adressbar popping up when I scroll up.
I tried the aosp installer last week, but didnt get it to work. Also tried some other ways of pushing it, but then broke the default browser in the progress. Dont want to reflash my rom again, but if it can get me the PIE controls I will keep trying it.
I've got the international version and the browser seems to have lots of bugs. Double tapping a column of text doesn't always resize it or align it with the screen properly, after a week my bookmarks disappeared and refused to come back so I had to do a factory reset, now the top and bottom bars no longer auto hide. I like the browser because it has extra features not found in Chrome but it feels like a beta product. I'm going to give dolphin and firefox a go.
Hi there... I have a new D800 and am trying to get flash installed by following the above tips. Even though I've tried several times, it's not happening. Could someone please tell me which flash version in the archived list you were able to get working using the default browser, unrooted, on the AT&T G2?
Thanks.... I am very hard of hearing and need to be able to watch the ASL videos online.

It works now but only on some videos.
Thank you !!
Thanks
Awesome. I had assumed that the stock player would have flash plugin installed, and when I tried to open a site with flash, was surprised to find that it couldn't handle it. Now I am able to. Thanks for the info.
AWESOME! Just wish I had seen this over the weekend when I was trying to watch college football on CBS while on my way to my outlaws! I couldn't get flash to work on anything.
I'm on Verizon and I just installed the Flash for Android 4.0 and this browser:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.android.browser
and Dolphin and both work just fine with Flash sites and the G2 has enough power to actually handle it. I have a feeling it would destroy battery life if used too much but for times when you need it, it's great to know it works, for now.
Not sure how many of you are Sprint users; but there was a software update released for the Sprint G2 last week that apparently (at least for my slightly disgusted experience) has REMOVED the flash capability from the built-in browser. Can anyone confirm?
Stock Browser KitKat
Verizon KitKat is missing stock browser, of course. Tried using the stock LG Browser from JellyBean, but it FC's. Does any variant have LG Browser on KitKat? If so, could someone please post the APK + ODEX files?
Good information.
I saw this posted and decided to compile it for myself. Maybe some other people would like to try it out as well.

Focus has switched to full Gecko rendering now - they also have aarch64 and ARM versions, so I have compiled one of each. Builds are debug again due to apk signing!

WebKit version is much faster.
Thank you very much. It still lacks a few things but overall, it's an interesting experience to play with.

Yeah it seems like it's still in early days. If you look at the git log they are going to be adding Sync soon, and possibly tabbed browsing. I love the look and feel of it though!

Two actions that I tried to do was open something in a background tab and also share a picture. Couldn't do either. I'm hoping that this can be successful as a more lightweight and privacy centric version of the main browser.

Yeah the options are very limited. You can share a page via the menu and open in another browser... but that's pretty much it right now. I do have to stay it's *very* fast in benchmarks with Webkit though, which is promising.
Updated the WebKit version.
Some of the changes include showing the number of blocked objects on the current page, as well the trashcan icon in the taskbar is now the Focus icon (Firefox logo).
Seems like they are changing things often. I've put a request for them to add some sort of versioning in their commits so we know if anything has changed.

I can update the gecko version if you want it's just not as fast as the WebKit version.
[Edit]: I've updated all versions, including a new "beta" APK with some of the debug code removed. Note that there is only a "beta" release for the WebKit version at this time.
I have to say it's a very smooth browsing experience! I installed the WK beta version. Compared to traditional Firefox, this feels lighter and butter smooth, even though there are features missing. Very interesting how it'll turn out.
Thanks for these builds.
The WebView version does not have an independent engine though, it's basically just another Android WebView browser, and it will crash immediately without some form of WebView installed.

do we need to subscribe beta program?
Probably... The details haven't been announced yet.
Any new about it
Looks like the beta is currently available in Korea, and will probably be available through the Samsung Members app later this week.
But I am from Argentine. And here don't come the beta. Any advice to get it?
Just curious, do any of you think if I change my location with a VPN I will be able to get the Beta that was already released in Korea?
I try and when I change my vpn and open samsung members the APK fails
https://forum.xda-developers.com/s10-plus/how-to/galaxy-s10-sm-g975f-official-oneui2-10-t3980879
Check this
It's currently available in the US through Samsung Members for Sprint and T-Mobile only.
One UI 2 beta adds spacing at the bottom of every app which serves no purpose. There are lot of bugs here and there but I have not noticed any app crashes as such.
I am from spain, and I have just installed the beta too.
It has some lag, screen mode seems that always is in vivid instead natural, and still sometimes the screen wake up like if you tap the power button. There are a lot to polish.
Regards
I joined the UI 2 beta but found it much more buggy than previous Samsung betas (like 8 -> 9) and quite honestly there was no discernable difference for my use case scenario. Samsung does a very good job polishing its take on Android so that the next version doesn't seem that much of an upgrade. It reminds me of iOS and macOS upgrades where you need to read up about the differences otherwise you might not realise what was new. Given that is the case I decided to withdraw from the beta program and revert to Android 9 using Odin. For me there were no advantages and many disadvantages in running UI 2 at this stage. I got display glitches like mentioned above, neither Google Pay nor Samsung Pay worked, the navigation bar kept reverting to the old on-screen icon system and UI 2 did not play well with my launcher of choice, Nova. Yes, there are 'solutions' like not using Nova and maybe doing a hard reset after upgrading, but for me it just isn't worth the hassle for no obvious return.
Beta ROM?
Anyway to force subscribe to the beta program, or just get the ROM to flash manually?

Just flash the ROM through Odin and you're done. The only downside is that each time a new beta or the final release comes out, you have to flash it with the help of Odin because the OTA updates are tied to the Samsung Members app.
