Please don't flash it with a different J7 prime version from a different company. MetroPCS only
Also, i don't know anything about this phone being rooted yet.... so don't ask me am not the expert lol

Thats a great idea as there is no guarantee that j7 2015 will receive marshmallow update
I am looking forward to do this portation as no one is producing so much interest on this......bt the one thing is that i need the the original rom of j710f .....then only i can port it to j7 2015 edition....the rom is still not released in sammobile.com.....

Question does the Samsung j7 post for root and ROM work on all j7s don't know how many there are but do they all work on the j-7 . I have the Samsung j7 Sky Pro . SM-S 727 VL will any of those j7 posts work on my phone

No, it depends on your model number. There are only a few of the phones that can all flash the same stuff, so I would look for stuff pertaining only to your model number.
