I'm unable to download any themes or wallpapers from Samsung themes,
Click on the download button nothing's happening.
Please advise.

I found the problem, It was because of the "SHOW BUTTON SHAPE" I selected in settings-accessibility-vision.
If this setting active it want allow any downloads from Samsung theme app.

You are supposed to flash the normal CSC file, not HOME_CSC.
