VoLte is also depends on our network provider
Reliance is only offering calls with there apps
And it cost used from our 4g data

I have a demo reliance 4g sim and i can call without using their apps if have volte support like in that screenshot

I found the problem, It was because of the "SHOW BUTTON SHAPE" I selected in settings-accessibility-vision.
If this setting active it want allow any downloads from Samsung theme app.
