On youtube I found a video of this brand new dasaita unit:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S950AatzoLI
Exactly THIS unit I would like to buy (1 Din stanrdard unit with great screen - what size it is I don't know). But I did not find it on AliExpress (the link attached didn't helped me at all)
With the new BT and WiFi chips I hope that WLAN speed is acceptable (on my xtrons it is totally crap) and that BT works better (not only handsfree, better contact importing)
As I said: exactly this unit shown in the video I am interested in ...
Thx in advance

I think it is not standard 1din unit. I think it is specific model adapted unit.

Thanks to the talk about Huafei and RK3066, I discover about the Car Radio OEM based on "pure" android... And now Im finilly find a brand and model seem fit on me, I find that a lot of OEM units are launch with he RK3188... But when I start looking info about these SOC, Just find not so much good info in how the SOC RK3188 works on Tablets... even some one had N90II Yuandao (RK3066), and must change to Vido N90FHD (97rq) (RK3188) and say its very bad 2d experience... say only good is see films... It's said Mali can't support big resolution....
Then... How it is going on Car Radio unit? What I saw, have the same resolution 1024 x 600... then... Must I deduce then the "agility" with apps will be the same of car units with RK3066?
Please Help!
3188 eonon
Mine has 4.4.4 3188 processor and I have had it since oct 2015
I have gotten 2 diff updates so far, none have fixed the volume knob dies problem
I have these IMG files, not sure where to upload them to for others to use
Any idea of another android version to try?
I'm currently looking for a new Android headunit with these specs:
2Din,
10inch,
PX5,
4GB
I've found 3 'different' devices. They all look the same for me, that's why I wanted to ask the community, if you've got experience with those specific devices and/or any other recommendations. I know there is joying, but they are a bit more expensive.
Xtrons:
XTRONS 2 Din Universal Radio Audio 10.1" Android 8.0 Octa Core Car DVD Stereo Player Steering Wheel GPS Canbus Navigation OBD

Dasaita:

Jstmax:
10.1" Octa-Core Android 8.0 OS 2 Din Car DVD Multimedia Two Din Car Navigation GPS Double Din Car Radio with 4GB RAM 32GB ROM

Do you think those devices are all the same and I should just pick the cheapest?
Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!
nice finds.. i would say go with Dasaita.. just because of hotaudio's updates here on xda.. that seems tempting for me to move from their generic 7" din to that 10" monster..

I will install malaysk rom anyways, so I'm not depend on their updates. I have a dasaita in my other car and it is really good, I was just looking for a cheaper alternative.
But other than the quality of dasaitas software updates, do you think theres a difference in hardware as well?
probably would suggest xtrons if you want the cheaper price.. looks like sd card is behind display.. which is good if you want easy updates in the future

thanks in advance.
I have a Erisin 2GB 32GB and Bluetooth not working, also Sound very bad / scratchy with new MCU Version.
Gesendet von meinem F5121 mit Tapatalk
I also have a new px5 unit and the audio sounds terrible, I highly regret my purchase.
If I wasn't running a higher end amp and speakers I am sure it would be fine with a factory speaker setup.
I recently bought an Erisin 7863 which is an MTCE_LM variant.
I have flashed the patched MCU (2.88cp) and Hal9Ks custom ROM.
All is working great and sound is very good too.
Hello everyone!
I'm new to this section of this forum so I've read quite a few posts about the android head units. Recently I've got a MB CLK 2006 USA spec with COMAND MSCII and Harman/Kardon. Everything is great except for the fact that I live in Europe and the vehicle is from USA. The head unit has limited functionality and poor choice of audio sources (AUX and CDs). I'd like to upgrade to an android head unit though I'm really concerned about the sound quality. Most posts I read say that the quality is WORSE than the stock unit. Is that true? I was looking particularly at this head unit. It says it has "built-in" DSP and an octa core processor. So I'd assume this is the best bet I've got considering I want to keep the OEM look. Will it be compatible with Harman/Kardon and its optics wiring? Can I expect at least similar sound quality as from the OEM unit listening to a CD?
Thank you for all the replies in advance!

They are exactly the same. Cooling doesn't matter in this case. Just ask Joying which will fit your car better.
If I had the choice I would always go for the single-din unit if your car is not so big, as that means that the space behind your dashboard will not be too big either. With a few accessories it is really difficult to put everything in the dashboard.
Note that both units are 1024x600. For a 7" that is sufficient, but if you also have the choice for 1280x720 and you can afoord it, I would select that one.

I don't know if there is one. I suggested to look for it (if you have ..). You have now selected Universal ones. Is your car type not supported?
