Yes, in order to get free service from Honor care, you should have locked bootloader before submitting the phone to them :good:

just extract the firmware file and there is UPDATE.APP copy this file to sdcard / dload (make a new folder) and paste in dload folder .
then power off the device, press and hold all three buttons and after vibrate release the power , the file will automatically flashed:good:
doesn't functions with c432b120/b130 on sd card, internal storage and cust. the same with boot image b100 stock rom pre installed. flashing zip files doesn't functions too. both recoveries ends with failure (like erecovery too).

Hi, my phone's model is AL-40, and it is now can't boot. It can only enter fastboot mode or eRecovery mode. But, the eRecovery can't rescure it. And what is worse, fastboot mode shows that PHONE Unlocked, FRP Lock. Due to FRP Lock, I can't not flash any img (lik system.img, oeminfo.img) to any partition.
What I do to cause this is that I flash a L21's oeminfo.img to oeminfo partition using dd.
Anyone meet this issue? What can I do now?

try to flash openkirin TWRP
or
flash stock recovery and place update.app in dload folder and flash it using combination key
Hi,
Thanx for the answers, the solution is to copy the update.app files on the sd card and reboot pressing all the buttons... I came back with a bootloader locked and fresh rom...
I've tried to root again but the same result ... Your device is booting....and noting.
Sometimes when you root, it takes 2 to 3 reboots (it bootloops, and then it'll be good)

From B361 to B130? You need to rollback, dunno if flashing will works. For root you can choose which package to use, Magisk or SuperSU. Personally i recommend Magisk.

Thanks for your answer, but unfortunately I don't have a rollback package for my device, I don't know why but my device is a BLN-L21C185 which doesn't accept the rollback package of Berlin and Italy too. I have tried them both a long time before but they didn't work for my and gave wrong version error. As far as the rooting and flashing an older version of the firmware has been possible on other devices but I really don't have any idea for the 6X or may be you call it Nougut.

You can contact over "HiCare(app)---->Local service hotline" what your further steps should be. Good luck.
