you have another solution to unlock the bootloader ?

Well if nothing worked and you haven't yet void your guaranty terms, you could search for Huawei customer care center / Huawei store. If you haven't tryed HiSuit or Odin you can still try those.

Yes definitely you need to unlock bootloader first, but as we know you can't end this process because of system crash.
You can contact over "HiCare(app)---->Local service hotline" what your further steps should be. Good luck.

Re lock Bootloader on L09 [Fixed]

Hi there!
Today I just unlocked my Honor 8 FRD-L09. Which is having the latest build FRD-L09185 (B385) [Middel Eastern].
I installed custom recovery and root but I don't think I need them that much. So I unrooted the device and flashed stock recovery image. When I was trying to re-lock the bootloader it just didn't work. I got the following message. . . . . . . . . . . . .
Code:
...
FAILED (remote: password wrong)
finished. total time: 0.008s
So I Googled and came up with so many answers, I tried one of them but didn't work and on the other hand, I didn't get the rollback package on the HiHonor website of my country.
Can anyone please help me here

It's the recovery (stock one)
Just use the Marshmallow rollback package and flash the stock rom. Your bootloader will become locked on its own.
I tried to relock my Honor 8 before and it got myself in a bootloop that only took me to the e-recovery. Luckily, I was able to unlock the bootloader again via fastboot and reflash the whole thing.

[SOLVED] Stuck on "Your device is booting now..."

Hi
I reinstalled the stock recovery and then relocked the bootloader. Now my device was in a boot loop. So I unlocked it again and installed the TWRP once again. But now it's stuck on "your device is booting now". The only thing happens to my phone now is get warm and warmer. I am able to do nothing. not even the force resetting or force to recovery or fast boot key combinations are working.
Someone, please help me. :crying:

How long you use your unlock code? Seem in 14days not used, you can use this code. Try get new code from huawei, maybe it different with one you have
PS: it is a tips, but I things it will not work. Unlock code only work with stock recovery, that why you failed.
One thing you can, this is try to flash stock firmware. Maybe use twrp flash full OTA or dload (dload you say not work)
Try sideload via adb or anythings you can do.
