Same situation here had amazon send me a second watch gets here tomorrow hopefully corrects the issue cause the watch itself is amazing

I think he meant he fixed a "mechanical stuck" problem with "mechanical shock":
Hitting the watch on the side on a table fixed the stuck focus problem for him!
Nonetheless there is a problem with the device, if possible replace it!

Compass?

Hi guys. I have some problems with the compass. When I compare it with other devices it shows other directions.. is my phone broke ? Do u guys have this issue too ?

Maybe the gyroscope isn't calibrated property, if you can't do anything now, try a factory reset

I dont have an iPhone but, I can tell you it works properly for me

We need more details. Phone model? EMUI version? Modifications done if any?

I tried this at my desk at work and the phone shows North where south should be and South where north should be. I grabbed a co-workers iPhone and his pointed north perfectly. After shaking my phone a few times, it eventually corrected itself, but was easily thrown off by moving it again.
My only guess is that our phones are VERY susceptible to electromagnetic interference.

Or you can simply try to reboot.

I can confirm that my compass now works properly in my home. My office has hundreds of electronic devices connected to numerous WiFi routers. It seems to support my hypothesis that our phones are just very sensitive to EM interference.

Yes , my compass works wired in forest , later i know it was because of rock s with magnetic attraction

You need to do the special unlock gesture:
Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Swipe.

Certainly, if the backup with Xperia companion would work maybe. many people have problems with the fingerprint so it's software problem in my opinion.

Nah Xperia 1 has a very bad FP sensor, I checked with my old XZ Premium which works very well.

I got mine working relatively well, when I registered fingerprint the second time (after deleting it) I used to fingers during one registration (index and thumb). I just wanted to see what would happen, now it takes both fingers say... 2/3 times.

This camera is terrible everything is blurry I tried wipe caches nothing works...
Anyone else having issues with the blurry photos? Hoping for an update or international version off msm tool.

I have the global unlocked 9 and the camera is amazing to say the least. I love it. Took a bunch of great photos yesterday out with the kids. What version op9 you have?

Well that sucks. Sorry your having issues. I'd return the damn thing. Camera is most important part of my device. Use always.

It's the T-Mobile software has to be. I'm using global op9 unlocked and love the hassleblad cam. And on latest 1.2.5.5

There's no optical image stabilization on this phone like everything else on the market.

Photos have been great for me. Sounds like a hardware issue. Yeah, no OIS, but unless you're shaking a lot, it should not be blurry.

+1 on unlocked global variant with no Ois and pictures shot through my device are amazing. Def hardware issue with your variant.
