SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH
Hi everyone, I just put the root on my s7 and I noticed that twrp with touch does not work anymore (a meso does when i still had the old root worked fine) i'm now forced to see everything with a yellow theme and use The mouse to navigate in recovery, how can I fix it? I tried several versions but no one helps me, I do not understand the reason since it always worked .. Thanks in advance for the answers.

Hello, i know it's not great one of my 1° post be a cry for help, but i'm having way more trouble then i should with my father's PD20
well... lets me start, i was trying to root the tablet because... because i wanted, wen i was using Z4root (the last one) my tablet just reset after some little time, wen he boot again i notice the all my apps are gone and the tablet was on Chinese (or Korean) i tried save some new apps on the internal memory and the system just said the my tabled was full ( but wasnt).
I did a quick search on this forum and diagnosed as a rom problem, nothing rly serious if wasn't for the fact its almost impossible (at least for me) find the original room.
another search on the forum and i saw some people with a similar problem but different tablet model, they solve their problems installing a rom from a similar model. I tried several generic/similar roms and kinda worked, some of they are way to slow, another ones had some problems with the touch, but on my 14-16 attempt i installed this rom "MaPan_MX713_Android_4.0.4os_Firmware_20121028J" for MAPAN MX713 and the system worked a little bit slow and with a huge discrepancy on the touchscreen, but my problem was for some reason that uso modified my boot system not allowing anymore the backup mode, just that screen who has no options and that kinda broke my legs
i guess i will need a clockwork for one MAPAN MX713 to be able to keep trying find the rom but im almost lost, any help will be appreciated
if i buy another one (same model) can i recovery this one ??
Bumb/Update
I menage to install adb tolls and tried a couble recovery.img from clockworkMoD, no luck fom me
if anyone knows who i could install a decent Recovery mode i will be gratefull
if i buy another one (same model) can i recovery this one ?
Hello,
I'm new to the android community and thought rooting my phone would be a good idea. I got as far as installing twrp without any problems.
I can flash with supersu perfectly fine. However, the problem comes in where when I restart, I still only get to twrp recovery instead of android.
Thanks in advance to anyone who reads this.
Hello guys!
Recently i bought Samsung galaxy tab pro 12.2 (sm-p900 wifi) and i rooted it, before root pen was working perfectly.
But now i can't use pen anymore, it detects i took it out, but i cant do anything with it.
I did complete unroot, wipe, re-formatted and installed fresh stock rom. Still pen wont work. Also all settings under "pen" are ticket, so it's not problem in the settings itself.
Thank you guys for any ideas or tip!
p.s: just noticed, its been almost 2 years since i registered here and this is my 1.st post thats cause usually i find answers and dont writte myself
sorry, not sure what to say, rooted and rommed mine and mine has had 0 issues with the pen not working..not sure what to tell you you try to Odin back to stock and ensure it works?then, try use CFAutoroot again and test? try to odin back as something might have happened as just unrooting may not have fixed
From my Fired-up Note Pro 12.2!

Reflash to stock firmware with odin, boot in see if it works. If it does then flash rom. If it still works yay. If it doesn't it could be something hardware.

At first, thank you for answers and help.
Yesterday i installed fresh original firmware, but the problem persists. It could be hardware, but main problem is its old like 1 week and i already rooted it, so my warranty is gone. I hate when that happens :-/
Everything else works fine.
I also thought of upgrading firmware from NC4 to latest NI2 or what is it exacly, actually i will go and try it right now.
Maybe it has to do something with TWRP recovery that i installed, as i read some had problems after instaling it too - i dont know.
So im trying to remove samsung retail mode and i've tried 5444 as well as M729Q16K8546 to no avail.
How can i remove this? I dont mind any method, whether i have to root it or install a custom rom. The problem is i have searched everywhere to find a root or rom for this specific model and i just cant find any. Thanks in advance.
Build number is LRX22G.G920XXXU1AOC6_LLK
I've also had a demo unit of an LG G3 once. At first I wasn't able to remove the demo unit, what I did was I turned off the phone, and went to stock recovery, from there I chose factory reset.
as for the Galaxy S6
Turn off your Phone
Press Power button + home button + volume up
then it will put you into recovery
then from there choose factory reset.
should work
Can anyoneu share a copy of the build.prop on your S6 sm-g920x?
I've got one of these things too. Once you discover it's not actually a phone, the urgency to solve the ROM problem becomes somewhat less pressing. Anyway, solve the issue, get yourself a mini-phablet, by installing XtreStoLite Deo Mod ROM with UniKernel. (My SM-G920X now identifies as an SM-G925F)

Can you share how you installed XtreStoLite Rom? Do you have TWRP installed?
Sorry for the delayed reply. Yes, I put TWRP on there, v2.8.7.1. Standard, straight forward Odin install followed by XtreStoLite & Open GApps via a double-ended USB stick (micro at one end). I had no problems that I can particularly remember, was a pretty much straightforward job.
Although it identifies as SM-G925F in Settings / About, it still bootloads as a Live Demo Unit.

Hey Folks,
got some messy Prob's with my old nVidia Shield LTE Tablet.
The Facts:
-KillSwitch not Triggered and it was succesfully Rooted in November 2015, TEGRA-OTA was also Removed (nomoreota)
-worked for Months (beneath one year), only Super-SU penetrated me periodely that it needs to be Updated, but it couldnt be done, it said "not enough Space" after trying to install a newer Version. :silly:
-past Month (January 2017) i decided to do a Factory-Reset, because Girlfriend should get the Shield, thats where the Problem started:
After clicking Factory-Reset, it began to work. After 4 Hours and nothing happening, i decided to Power it Off and start fresh with Installing a clean Stock-ROM and remove the TEGRA-OTA as i done a year before.
But from now on things get messy and to complicated for me.
In the Past i rooted and flashed it with "Shield-RAM", found here on xda.
But this Time it didnt ended with a working Shielt-Tablet. It stucks alwas in a Bootloop, in Recoverymode also as in normally booting the flashed OS.
Confused an disturbed by this, i tried different Recoverys (TWRP 2.8 and 3.0, also a CWM), all with the same Effect: Bootloop
Now i only can acces the Bootmenue which says Bootloader Unlocked.
I dont now what to do from here on and would be very happy and glad, if someone can help me figuring out whats going wrong.
If further Details are needed i will do my best to provide things i forgot here to mention.
With kind regards - ToxicFighter1

Hi !
There is this thread where you can try to get it back to stock https://forum.xda-developers.com/shield-tablet/general/unofficial-update-original-shield-t3281541
This nice index may help as well
Good luck !
Thanks, but that's not the problem. If I boot into Fastboot / Bootloader, it's totally fine. In fact, I can plug the tablet up to my PC when it's in any state and doesn't experience the issue. It only occurs when I have it plugged into AC. SO far, I've tried 3-4 different cables and power supplies for 2.4A, 2.1A, and 1.2A - all adapters which worked 100% prior to updating.
Suggestions?
OK - Finally fixed it...
I replaced everything as shown above, but ran into the issue again as soon as FlashFire installed the OTA. So, I tried a different way to upgrade and no longer have the issue. Below is what I did...
- Installed 4.4.0 via ADB/fastboot wirhOEM recovery
- Completed initial setup and upgraded to 5.0 via built in system update
- Rebooted
- Booted to bootloader and flashed TWRP recovery
- Booted to TWRP
- Installed SuperSU via sideload
I would have started out applying 5.0 via adb/fastboot, but have yet to see a full image available yet. Used same TWRP and SuperSU as originally used. Just eliminated GlashFire from process. Once I rebooted and everything loaded, plugged into 2.4a power, and it worked without going into boot loop.
Hope this may help someone else - Thanks
Hey Folks,

Hey there, and personally Thx for the provided Link.
As announced i did try it, but with no Success.
I'll or explicit the Tablet gets Stuck at Step 17, the Bootsreen doesn't disapear.
Dont know whats Wrong, cause i did all as menitioned in the Post, every ADB/Fastbootstep with Succes-Message, and because Bootloader was already Unlocked, i took the Rooted Image.
But now, im still on Bootscreen, sick
With kind regards!
