im on nemesis rom with s8+ rooted ..but i went to developer option try to enable the oem unlock and it turn on and off again why what to do?
If you already have twrp installed this is useless and is functioning properly.

Did you enable Developer mode, and then inside Developer mode make sure OEM unlock is checked? Check mark ADB debugging while there too.
Hi all! First time i wanted to install s8 port on my GS7. I used one ROM, everything OK except that i don't have IMEI number and SIM card wasn't recognized. I found something in the forum who could fix the problem, but i forgot to enable USB Debugging and OEM unlock because of that I thought they were enabled... when I tried to flash AP with ODIN it showed me error, and then when I turn on my phone it only shows SAMSUNG and nothing else... is my phone bricked or? Please, help me...
OEM Unlock and USB debugging have nothing to do with it. Just flash stock rom back

I flashed stock rom and still only the samsung logo is displayed..
How long you leaving it? A full flash can sit on the samsung logo for 10-30 minutes.
If no luck go into recovery and do a factory reset / cache wipe.
- install using this guide
- then i relock the bootloader
- no Google Play, sim not detected, phone become RELOCKED instead of LOCKED
- enable Developer Options but OEM Unlocking greyed out(it says 'Connect to the internet or contact your carrier')
- phone connected to WiFi, can browse, but still no luck
- try to relock but i cant since OEM Unlocking cannot enabled
- so yeah, I'm stuck with bootloader locked i cant do anything
Any help here? Im running out of ideas. Please help.

i have a samsung s10e SM-G970F Exynos 9820. i enabled allow oem to be unlocked in developer options, and also usb debugging. i am running android 12 as phone just updated. i cant flash anything using odin it just fails all the time. i did notice in downlaod mode that it said next to oem it said oem on(u) and underneath it said KG checking.
any help with an explaination of what the both mean as i would like to flash twrp and custom rom
