Someone can say that already exists mod for longer duration of exposure in the galaxy s7? It is possible this modification? To be perfect so needed more time... type 20s, maybe 30s
Nope, no-one managed it yet afaik

I've done a bit of searching for an answer & I got to that point, you know, the one which coincides with a deep psychological urge to start ripping out your own hair. Yeah, that one! So, even though I am not technically a developer, I decided to register. I figured my input on ROMs & whatnot would, to some extent, eventually be appreciate, despite my... disability.
Anywho, here's the deal. I want to disable my devices primary display in favor of an external display connected via MHL. I am aware that there could be hardware limitations which would prevent such a configuration, but it would be interesting to know what they are if that would happen to be the case. If you're still somewhat interested, I'm running Android 4.4.2 on a Verizon Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900V).
If you're wondering why, the Note 3 caps the secondary displays refresh rate at 30Hz (as far as I know). There's also a pretty significant performance hit over MHL (go figure) so I'm guessing the 30Hz refresh rate is in place to prevent the system slowing to a crawl. It would be awesome if I could completely disable the screen on the Note 3 in favor of an external display & in so doing achieve full performance. I understand this could entail loosing all the functions associated with the screen & I'm okay with that, but seeing as how the Snapdragon should support an external display resolution of 1080p @ 60Hz (on paper, sort of, I figure): I'll remain curiously frustrated for the time being.
So, yeah. There it is. Thanks. =)
I used to have the galaxy s6 and the phone had a couple of problems that I hope Samsung has fixed on the s7. If someone who has tested the device could answer my questions that would be great.
First, did samsung fix the auto brightness bug? The s6 brightness would jump up and down and did not transition very well.
Second, how much SoT do you get with the phone?
Third , has the speed of the fingerprint scanner increased?
Fourth, did Samsung fix the ram problem/ multitasking? On the s6, you could not leave 3 or more apps open without the apps reloading when you reopened it.
Lastly, will exynos processor be significantly faster than the snapdragon 820?
Is there a camera app to adjust shutter speeds slower than s7 Edge's 10s limitation? Thanks for your help.
I have been wondering this as well, can't find anything, not sure if a mod is possible or if this is a limitation in the camera's firmware.
I am a photographer by trade. I have been using Zero Camera Mod for a while now but I am looking to increase the shutter speed to 30s as opposed to the current max of 10s. I don't know how to start though. I think it is possible since it can be done on the S5 and LG G4.
Is there anyone here who can point me to the right direction?
Actually i own a Samsung S9+.
could someone test camera speed (focus)... How long does it take to make a foto, and multishot possible? (compared to a Galaxy S8 / S9)
Thanks
Changing from focusing on something extremely close to something extremely far takes somewhere between a half second and a second, changing focus between things withing maybe 10 feet of you takes half a second or less.
Can't comment on how fast it takes a photo other than it's basically instant in my limited experience and there's no delay when stopping or starting video, even high speed video for me.
