Hello ninjas! I felt like rooting my phone and started the process. For some reason OEM unlock option is no longer showing in developer options. I tried clearing settings cache to restart dev options and clearing cache from holding down vol up plus power etc. My model is Galaxy s6 g920v. Thanks for the help.

No root available at this time on Nougat 7.0

S6 Verizon comes with an locked bootloader. So there's no such thing as "OEM unlock". I think. Did you try new CF autoroot? If you success, tell me plz.
on the cf autoroot page it says most of these will brick your devices if you have a locked bootloader (probably a fixable brick)

By the way, removing Reactivation lock didn't solve the problem. Download mode always returns with error 'Secure check fail (recovery)

How did you remove the reactivation lock? Did you unlock the boot loader?

I have a rooted android device samsung galaxy s3 and it was running fine and everything till one day it said to install an update. i accepted it and while it was updating all of a sudden it went to that black screen and says, " system software not authorized by Verizon Wireless has been found on your phone. Please turn off you phone and go to the nearest Verizon Wireless store for help." Then thats where i couldn't do anyting with my phone but go to download/ODIN MODE and rebooting system thing where you can reboot system. IM very new and i don't know much about rooting and the meanings of a lot of words like unlock bootloader. If i go to ODIN MODE it says

i want to unbrick or make it work myself without sending it anywhere.... if you sir please do know whats wrong maybe we can skype or something. i cannot send it to be fixed.

You are not required to send it to me, if you want i can take control of your computer via team viewer and unbrick your phone for you as long as you are prepared to do button combo's on the phone and pay a small fee of £5

Try youtube....I googled "how to unbrick your phone youtube" and clicked How to Unbrick your Galaxy S3 (Any Version). Good tutuorial.

You are allowed to sell services here? I would never because I know I can do as much with a phone as the next man AND who knows if during the repair said person isn't trying to steal info from you. Anyway, are you allowed? Wouldn't XDA then be liable if anything went wrong?
I have the Samsung Galaxy S6 SM- S906L for StraightTalk And every rooting app or tutorial I've looked into does not recognize or list this damn phone so I am hoping someone on here can let me know if it is possible to use my Straight Talk S6 with a Verizon sim card and account and what changes I need to make the phone to achieve that also been trying to unlock Bootloader to install TWRP recovery and a custom ROM and cannot figure out how to get past this one any and all feedback is appreciated

If your on 5.0.2 kingroot will work. As far as roms and TWRP im in the same boat. Don't really want to try and brick my phone without more info.

I'm pretty sure these phones sm-s906l can't be used with any carer except straight talk. They have passed some bs agreement were they won't unlock phones to keep people using there service.

Hi guys! I need some help. I cant flash my Samsung SM-G610F - Samsung J7 Prime. It says, FRP Lock, Secure Download: On and suddenly an error appeared and it says: "An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software." But I can't use the Smart Switch because I was asked to put the recovery code, which I don't have. What else can I do? Please help. okay here's the problem when I flash twrp via Odin after flashing my phone pops up "only official binaries are allowed to be flashed(recovery)" in download mode.
My phone is already "OEM Unlocked" and toggled the "USB debugging". I don't know how to fix this I just want to root my phone tho. I need help help will be appreciated. thank you.

Are you running 10 ? I have same model running 9 with root, thinking about using the chainfire upgrade ota, apparently you can upgrade without loosing root. If you can't find away you could flash stock firmware , get root and upgrade via ota without loosing root?

No verify opt encrypt,

Android 9, default everything & latest update from samsung, not rooted or touched at all. I'm a total newbie however, I did once root s5 with Odin however.
