Hello guys!
I need some sloution for this problem. Few weeks ago, i installed CWM Recovery in my S6310N + root zip. After install root zip, i rebooted it and automically go recovery mode in every start.
-OK, no prob, i try to install custom ROM...hah, failed, becouse try to install zip, the phone automatically reboot (browsed zip, go yes, 0.5 sec and reboot back to recovery).
-OK, don't have a panic, try to back stock ROM...hah...i couldn't boot Odin mode, except ADB shell (adb reboot bootloader command, the ADB saw my phone in recovery mode). BUT, when boot Odin mode successful, i have a error code 10 in Device Manager (Samsung mobile USB CDC Composite Device failed to start, same win10 Pro, same Windows 7 and Vista).
I tried a lots of driver, cable, little rabbits, huge cannons, but nothing happened.
So the question: how to solving error code 10 in ODIN mode and can flashing a stock ROM?
I tried these solution:
-checked a lots of USB ports/PCs/cables
-replaced Samsung drivers (including Samsung Kies)
-i used to a hungarian strong language, when i angry
-ADB shell Command prompt (boot in Odin mode, becouse i cannot boot it with hardware buttons (just only vibrating when i push a button combination))
I hope to this phone not died, when I installed a Root zip in CWM Recovery.
Thanks a help and a lots of useful solution.

About a week ago or so, my mom told me to root her LGC800 since my Galaxy Nexus is rooted and fully customized by me. I installed all the required drivers, my PC recognizes it well. I rooted the LGC800 with Super One Click, the latest one that doesn't require the ADB commands, and it rooted fine. Then I downloaded a recovery.img or boot.img and installed through Root Explorer. After that I installed ROM Manager and flashed the wrong Recovery and since that moment it stays stuck on the LG boot screen. I can only access the 3e Recovery (A [QWERTY] + F [QWERTY] + Vol Down + Pwr) and S/W Upgrade (E [QWERTY] + Vol Up + Pwr). At the 3e Recovery I tried doing a Factory Reset and, still, it won't go past the LG boot screen, I downloaded an update.zip and tried to install it and it didn't work, it says "Installation Aborted". I put it on S/W Upgrade mode and I then downloaded the LG Update Tool and it says phone or "Software Not Supported". Then I downloaded the KDZ Updater and the V10D_00.kdz file and it doesn't work. Either it's not the one for the phone or I don't know what's wrong. So I tried using the AndSDK file on my PC and so I open CMD, changed the directory to AndSDK and typed "adb devices" and it doesn't list any device. I put the phone in S/W Upgrade mode and still it doesn't list the device. But, I put the phone in Recovery mode and it listed it as LG_ANDROID_C800, so I typed "adb shell" then "su" to gain root access and it says "permission: denied". I tried to push files through "adb push"command and, again, "permission: denied".
The only thing I haven't done, not because I haven't tried it, is putting it in fastboot mode. I read it was pressing the Home button in the QWERTY keypad and Pwr, but when I try that it takes me to 3e recovery right after I press the Touch Home button, if I don't press anything at all it shows the Android with package and the arrow and it reboots, so it gets stuck in LG boot screen again.
I've been in the problem for about a week and I'm running out of resources. I only want it to be stock or at least stable. If anybody could help I would GREATLY appreciate it! Thanks in advance! :fingers-crossed:
I really need help on this. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a Galaxy Tab 2 7'' Wifi (P3110) with CM 10.1.3.
Thing is, I wanted to install the latest nightly, so I booted in Recovery mode, tried to install the zip file and I had a Status 7 error. So after that I decided to stay with my CM version, but when I try to boot the tablet it goes to recovery mode and doesn't boot! I tried to wipe everything and still. I can't flash anything else (not even the CM version I already have) because I keep getting the Status 7 error.
I am desperate, I don't know what to do!
Well, you attempted to flash CM11/Omni with the wrong recovery, that's why you got the "Error 7"
Anyway, the problem should be easy to rectify.
1. Install ODIN3 on your computer (don't forget to also install the Samsung USB drivers as well).
EDIT In case you are about to install the drivers by installing "Kies" ... make SURE that NONE of the Kies components are running in the background (on Windows) once you try to flash with ODIN3 - or it won't work. If you Google around for a bit, there are several Downloads for JUST the USB drivers - I can upload you the USB drivers installer I used for my P3110 (flashed back to Stock to sell it off)) /EDIT
2. Download the correct .tar.md5 recovery file for the ROM you're going to use from Android Andi's file repository.
For CyanogenMod 11 you want to grab either PhilZ Touch or CWM Swipe Edition, for OMNI you want to grab TWRP.
3. Start ODIN3 and select the <recovery>.tar.md5 as a PDA file (make sure that nasty checkmark at "Repartition" is NOT checked"!)
4. Power on the tablet and make sure you get it into Download Mode
If it boots into Download Mode itself, that fine. If not just press... was it Power + VOL Down?... until you see the screen telling you to pres VOL up to proceed into Download Mode.
5. Connect the tablet to the computer (wait a second in case Windows decides to install the driver)
6. Flash the recovery
7. Disconnect after flash, jump into the recovery, flash CM11 or OMNI
Of course you can also flash back to Stock ROM (given you have the ODIN flashable tar.md5 at hand), verify that it boots after flashing, get into download mode, flash the custom recovery, flash the custom ROM.

Thanks! I didn't know that was a recovery problem!
Somehow I couldn't reboot into Download mode with the key combo so I used ADB for that, and flashed the new recovery with Heimdall (in the CMW official website the versions are old, maybe that was the problem...).
Then I installed CM.
Thanks again!

I am aware you managed to flash the ROM, but just as a hint about "this is a trap for young players":
IF your tablet is connected to the wall wart (power supply) or to the USB port of computer while trying to trigger the key-combo to hop into download mode or recovery it won't work! Your tablet needs to be _disconnected_!
Update Recovery!
hey you can try update your custom recovery to latest version by downlading the zip file here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2548257
and than try re-flash your current rom or any kitkat room for your device

You can fix this without factory resetting or flashing stock rom. Just follow this steps:
(1) Follow this tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVXX-YdhRU0
It's a guide on how to install android sdk which will b used to uninstall chainfire 3D drivers.
(2) Start your phone into recovery mode (home+volup+press+power)
(3) Navigate to "Mounts & storages" and mount /system
(3) Plug in your phone via USB cord to your computer with recovery mode on.
(4) Once you have adb opened in command prompt, type adb shell.
It will display a "#" (without quotes)
(5) Type "sh /system/lib/cf3d_uninstall.sh" (without quotes)
(6) You will c d magic!
Hit the thanks button if this helped Cause i Searched the whole web ( lol ) while i had undergone the same problem but couldn't find a proper 1. This is a combination of all :fingers-crossed:
This is how i unbricked my Lenovo K910 (chinese version with 2 sim cards)
I was acidentally wipe everything,
by everything i mean on dalvik cashe, system, internal storage, data and cashe.
and after that phone was empty and stuck on lenovo logo and blue light, bootloader was locked, recovery and twrp recovery was erased....
If i hit power power for 10 seconds and more, lenovo k910 turns off...again i hit power and lenovo logo is on screen , and blue light, and i cant acess recovery, because it is erased.
Whole one day I tried everything what i find on lenovo forum, xda devolepers...etc, but nothing didnt work for me.
Basically i did it with instruction from firts 3 pages on this theme, but with modified twrp recovery, every time i try with diferent recovery, mostly i was trying with cwm recovery and 2.7 twrp but i was unable to boot into recovery mode.
This is how i did it,
1.Download this:
minimal adb fastboot v1.3.1 http://www.mediafire.com/download/q77gkew59y1kbwk/minimal_adb_fastboot_v1.3.1_setup.rar
modified twrp recovery 2.8.1 i find it on somewhere on xda..i can't remember where http://www.mediafire.com/download/ul6751ndjc05ujl/recovery.rar
download custom rom that you wont to install, i use a baralajbi rom from needrom v13.
2. Install minimal adb fastboot v1.3.1
3.In directory where you install minimal adb fastboot v1.3.1, copy recovery from step 1 and custom rom that you downloaded from step 1.
4. Remove Usb data cable from phone and turn off your Lenovo K910 by pushing power button for 10 and more seconds, untill your screen is dark and without, blue, green , and red lights on.
5.Run minimal adb fastboot v1.3.1 as administrator, and write this fastboot boot recovery.img but dont hit enter.
6.Now push both volume keys (volume up + volume down) and connect the usb cable. After vibration hit enter in cmd.
7.After a few seconds your phone will boot in recovery. You will see 2.8.1 twrp recovery on yor phone, and on computer my is windows 7 it will open 12 gb partition from phone, wait if computer neds to download drivers for phone.
8.If you are erease everything like i did, in that 12 gb partition it will be only twrp folder and nothing else.
Copy rom that you downloaded from step 1 in that 12 gb partition.(not in that twrp folder)
9.In twrp recovery on your phone hit Install, and you will see a lot of folders , i cant rememeber where it was copied my custom rom from step 1.
but it is not so dificult, open every folder on twrp recovery untill you find your rom, chose it, and swipe to install
10.After install complete and reboot your system. You're done
11. dont use " adb sideload " command it will result in error: device not found
12. If you got some problem with windows while download drivers for you phone, you can manually download lenovo usb drivers, you will fin them on almost every custom rom for k910 on needrom.
I only register on this forum, to write this, a lot of things I have read here has helped me, so I have an obligation to help someone else.
I wish you good luck.

hi
i use this
but when i press enter ro boot in recovery
its say faild device is locked
and could not unlock boot loder becouse device is dead and no adb commands work !!
I have problems with my pantech discover magnus P9090, the problem is that the phone is completely bricked and dead. When i turned on the phone, it simply just shows BLACK SCREEN ( No Logo and nothing else). My assumption is that there is no OS inside or something causes it to be bricked. I have done almost everything by using Android Recovery (Not custom recovery) to do factory reset and wipe cache. I rebooted it and it doesn't work either. So i found a solution which is by using apply update from ADB. I understand the process but the only problem is
The device is not detected by ADB when i type "adb devices" it could be two problems:
a. No drivers for this phone installed (While i try to update driver, it fails)
b. USB Debugging off (Since phone can't get into OS, so im confused how to turn it on via other ways)
I got the Custom rom and CWM recovery image but how can i install the recovery and ROM if ADB isn't detecting the phone. I can't even use sideload command.
My plan to fix this is by installing CWM with the command "fastboot flash recovery [filename]" and then using CWM to push the file ROM into phone and install zip in SD card. However, it links back that i need the phone to be detected first. Anyone can help me? Thank you so much. Im so badly want to revive this phone. :good:
There's no other way until pantech usa release pdl file for restore discover..
