So I have recently installed Resurrection Remix on my Galaxy S6 SM-G920F and everything went smoothly...until something didn't.
My only problem with this Rom (I only believe its the rom, I haven't flashed my samsung backup yet) so far has been that when calling out or receiving calls, most of the time, I cannot be heard.
This even appeared to cause problems with my in-car bluetooth.
Does anyone have any solution to this problem or anyone suffered with this? I need to be able to use my phone as a phone for work especially.
Thank you in advance!!
It's a known problem on AOSP ROMs.
The only thing you can do is wait for bugfix.

Total shame because its an amazing ROM. I absolutely hate the TouchWiz UI and don't want to have to go back to it...might not have a choice at the moment.
Can you help me please? How did you install RR? I also have the S6 g920f. I tried it but it doesn´t work.

Hello. I installed today last version of paranoid android for Galaxy S2 and I can not connect my bluetooth headset to it. It doesn't see it. And it is an original Samsung one. I used it on original S2 rom, on litening rom, on resurrection rom. But on this rom it simply doesn't work. And I like this rom a lot. I think it is better than resurrection. Anyway I also have resurrection rom installed as a second rom, but anytime I will need bluetooth I will have to reboot my phone. And I really need bluetooth headset and I really like this rom. Please help if you can/want.
Thank you

Hello,
I installed this rom on a Transformer TF101, and I have the same kind of problem.
My headset can start the music but I can't hear the music on it.
I'll return if I found an issue.

i just just bought a samsunga galaxy tab 2 7.0 -3100 3 days ago and rooted it with cm-10.1-20130409-NIGHTLY-p3100.zip it worked fine until i called my girlfriend yesterday and she couldnt hear me. Is there any problem with that build regarding the use of headphones during calls? dont seem to have problems using the headphone for music and for videos. today, i upgraded it to cm-10.1-20130411-EXPERIMENTAL-p3100-M3.zip. still, calling through the headphone doesnt work. It functioned okay before i rooted it. I only experience the problem after cynaogenmod installation. Can anyone help me with this? I'm still a newbie, used to be in IOS but got tired of it.

CM10.1 is a 4.2.2 based rom shich are not as stabe as 4.1.X based roms - I'd suggest flashing back to stock from Odin, doing a data wipe/factory reset - you can download all the latest firmware from sammobile.com - then root it and just use 4.1.x based roms.
I've never had luck with 4.2.x based roms on my I9300 or P3110.

Not likely. You can't make that drastic a change without wiping. If you don't, all sorts of things won't work right.

I recently flashed Liquidsmooth v4.0 2015-03-17 android version 5.0.2 on my Samsung Galaxy S5 G900F. The first few days it worked great, I loved the ROM and the performance. But recently when I've been using it, it's rebooting every other minute, sometimes I don't even have time to write in my PIN-Code. This is obviously a huge problem and renders my phone pretty much useless, so unless you guys can help me I'm gonna have to change back to a stock ROM. I don't know if what I have is enough information, but I will answer questions as good as I can.
Thanks in advance!

Hey!
Head on to this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s5/development/stock-rom-root-recovery-sm-g900f-t2967725) and follow all the instructions mentioned there to get back to stock rom.
Cheers.
All,
I have a rooted s6 edge and I recently updated to 5.1.1 updated unikernel to V8. Now my device is freezing when I'm in the middle of texting, or browsing the web or any other task or application i am using.
Also, visual voicemail no longer works. I've left myself several test voicemails and nothing shows up on visual voicemail.
Should I be moving to a custom rom and if so which do you guys prefer? Or is their a simple fix for what I am experiencing.
Thanks for all responses.

I would try flashing the stock ROM 5.1.1 again and if that does not work i would recommend flashing a custom ROM to see if that does the trick.

Any custom ROM you'd recommend? on my previous devices I was a big fan of the PAC ROM's but they dont have anything out for the S6 Edge.

Im currently using the wicked ROM but you can also try renegade.
I am looking for a 7. x ROM where Bluetooth Phone Audio and WIFI work correctly. I have already tested many Customs. Nexus, LineageOS, Ressurection etc. etc.
Make it yourself if you cant wait for them to fix it
also I'm using a nexus based oreo rom and all of those things work for me
also im guessin you want a AOSP based nougat rom not Touchwiz?
DrKetan_custom_ROM works fine. Its a note 5 ROM ported to s6. I have not had any real issues with it. However I just upgraded to NexusOS-8.1.0-zerofltexx-20180113 and I have had no issues on Oreo that I could not get around. But keep in mind I am a computer programming student. So if I have an issue with root or init.d or permissions I simply fix the issue and move on.
