is there a live wallpaper app that chnages with the weather...for example when its raining spots of rain are on the wallpaper
or is ther e a live wallpaper that changes with the diffrent times of the day kind of like the old samsung wallpapers ??

If this hasnt already been done, I think it would be a good idea. A weather app with live wallpapers. It's kinda a rip off of sense/beautiful widgets. The idea would be a weather app that based on the weather in your area a live wall paper would display. So if its sunny you have a live wallpaper that is clear with the sun out. Rainy the wallper is raining so on and so forth. If an app exist already please let me know which one and ill delete this post, if not discuss.
If im correct beautiful live wallpaper does what your asking, its in the market.
It looks like it does but it requires beautiful widgets

There are several in the market other than the Beautiful Widgets one. I personally own:
Radar Live Wallpaper - animated radar loop from NOAA by city
Weather Live Wallpaper by Travis Pearson - similar to Beautiful Widgets but imo not as nice of animations
Also, searching for Weather live wallpaper in the market returned 4 or 5 including the one thats packaged in with WeatherBug Elite.
try Animated Weather Pro.

I guess the developer could step up and make a live wallpaper out of it.
