how do i go about ripping the live wallpapers from one rom and turning it into an apk ?
If this hasnt already been done, I think it would be a good idea. A weather app with live wallpapers. It's kinda a rip off of sense/beautiful widgets. The idea would be a weather app that based on the weather in your area a live wall paper would display. So if its sunny you have a live wallpaper that is clear with the sun out. Rainy the wallper is raining so on and so forth. If an app exist already please let me know which one and ill delete this post, if not discuss.
If im correct beautiful live wallpaper does what your asking, its in the market.

There are several in the market other than the Beautiful Widgets one. I personally own:
Radar Live Wallpaper - animated radar loop from NOAA by city
Weather Live Wallpaper by Travis Pearson - similar to Beautiful Widgets but imo not as nice of animations
Also, searching for Weather live wallpaper in the market returned 4 or 5 including the one thats packaged in with WeatherBug Elite.
try Animated Weather Pro.
Not a live wallpaper but it's beautiful as it gets.
I guess the developer could step up and make a live wallpaper out of it.

the only time I face lag when using live walls is when I open up the apps drawer !! it looks laggy !!

Beautiful Widgets in the Market has a great wallpaper that shows weather, and changes throughout the day. It also lets you select a custom background with the paid version.
So I want the snow live wallpaper that is in Sense but I don't want the other wallpapers that show up when the weather changes. Is there any way to do this?
In live wallpaper settings set the location to somewhere that it's always snowing.
I am finding a new widget , which is live widget , for example : Live tiles in windows phone 7.5 or Bubbleator live wallpaper , or Entertaiment Feed live wallpaper in Samsung galaxy S3 . I try to find but every widget on android is not live , it is static .
