How can I be able to download phone update over mobile data? It keeps saying connect too wifi. I'm in the middle of nowhere and my phone is my Wi-Fi??

I bought phone in non working condition; it had a loading problems. Tried hard resest but it didn't helped. So I downloaded ROM upgrade from Tmobile website and when I run the program it stucks at 8%. When I turn the phone on it shows triangle with msg 'software update failed' and when I connect it to pc it does not sync with windows mobile device manager. How can I fix this problem? Is there any way how to make complete restore?

I am using internet by computer with wifi tetering or usb tetering.
Firstly it is OK .
After using for a while or opening multiple tabs from browser , there is no internet access , from both computer and phone ,
but mobile network is still connected
I turn off mobile network and turn on again then it is OK!
but for a while there is same problem occur again.
I turn off mobile network and turn on again and again.
I try with my sim card to other handset there is no problem occur.
I try with other sim card with my handset there is same problem occur.
How to solve my problem . please help me.

When i am turning hotspot on my mobile . the other device is connecting to my phone but is unable to use the internet via my phone. I tried the following
1. Reset the phone
2. Tried to use hotspot using setting as open network
3. Tried to reset and reinstall mobile data network setting
4. I tried on other devices as well still the same issue.
Initially other users were able to use net from my mobile hotspot .but npw they can connect successfully but not unable to use my cell net. Please advice the solution.:crying:

Need help.
Upgraded my Z3 to Marshmallow yesterday and lost mobile data connection. Tried repairig via PC Companion, factory reset - nothing. Any ideas on how I could get my mobile data connection back?
Manually add your APN settings or call your operator for automatic settings.

My D6653 is unable to connect to 4G anymore, however if i search manually, i am able to find LTE signals. If i try to connect manually, it says unable to connect to this network and ends up without a signal
Any way to fix this?
I am using Existenz Marshmellow and have clean installed the ROM several times, nothing is helping it.
