Hi,
I have just buy a mate 8, and it was already on NXT-L29C432B560.
What I want to do is downgrade to Marshmallow for install Xposed.
But I'm not sure about the way to do that. Can I just put a NXT-L29-B320 on the phone and flash it the TWR ?

I've found the C432B560 files, but in fact I can find the c432B320 for marshmallow, by any chance have you also this file ?
UPDATE : In fact the C432B560 I have doesn't work, recovery fail after 5%... So I'm still interested but your files

Yes I've the Mate 8. I'm with the B560... No problem for me. I'm rooted and I made few modifications, but they are minors.

To fix your issue, there is another solution.
Install your firmware via dload - the one you have now.

it's that I try to do, but when I try to flash with "dload" method, it fails at 5%, and I really need bluetooth. Maybe I could try with an higher version of the firmware what do you think ?
How have you tweak your rom ? The thing I really want is to change the dpi setting (don't need a huge screen for big icones...), I've seen a method with adb, but for me it only work before I restart the phone.

I forgot, like you are with the B560, you can't install lower. You have to make a rollback to have the B320.
No tweaks but use some scripts to have the double tap by example. You also have a script for the icons size.

In fact this ROM isn't bad, but I really need the bluetooth, and I hope a clean install can solve the prob. But when I try to install the C432B560, it always fail at 5%...

I take it with TWRP, but still no bluetooth.

Your experience with the bluetooth is the problem of lot of people. For certains, it was due to the root. But there, not your case. I don't see!
Did you install the both files? update.zip and update-data.zip.

I flashed my mate with twrp and installed super user and etc.
Today i wanted to update my Version to the newest Firmware.
First i wiped my phone but not just Data, Cache and System, also products and vendor.
No my phone is bricked. I cant acces the System. I tried to Flash the products.img and vendor.img to the phone with fastboot, but it dont work.

Load and Exract to SD card .
Push Power button and vol+/vol- to recovery mode.

That was good! This Time it worked.
Now if got the Huawei Animation back. But i ve got a bootloop again After the Animation, when the Huawei Logo Shows up again.
Last Time i Had this i just wiped the Cache and the Data with twrp and it Worked.
Do you have any Ideas How to fix that?

Yeah, but i cant set an DNS Server on my wifi, so i think that it dont work.

Check the post #2 on FunkyHuawei's thread. I have used the new method were you change your PCs DNS settings (or edit the hosts file). Granted my phone wasn't 'bricked' but should work for you.

i would say this method work if you phone is MHA-L29C636 region otherwise its not
this dload is offline update type and it work with dload 100% sure.

After using this dload, boot into stock recovery and factory reset.

this is for ** MHA-L29C636 ** only. by using this firmware dload work fine, it's offline update type. this dload will restore your phone back to B122 version.

p/s I bricked my phone twice last week and I can assure that dload is not working,1 time I had to use funky to revive it the 2nd time*I..i think I wold just keep it to me first as the method is not yet 100% confirm working on every mate 9.

For me i didnt get an answer for restore back if i bricked my device with this method . so its kinda riscky for me as i dont have another device to use if i bricked mine .

There is a kdz available for the h990 single sim so just try it. If it doesnt work then let me know and ill see if i can help. But you can restore to stock using the kdz

No. Your device has different hardware so its not able to boot properly(the blue screens we were getting). Most likely the same modifications that the H990DS will need you guys will need. Sorry.

Well u messedup with ur phone .
Find a roll back package and download full update.app of L14 and install it with three buttom combination

Its easy bro . Everyone gets this issue just beacuse of the lack of proper investigation.

Can u say us the steps . We will try to solve the issue not to happen again
I had to use DC-Phoenix, which unlocked BL and flashed update.app. I couldn't do it manually, because my phone wasn't detected by adb devices and I didn't know that code you need for unlocking bl manually, dload method didn't want to turn on.

Flash stock recovery and then do the rollback, you should be fine. Then you can install TWRP and mess up your phone again

Lets begin the process :-
*Download the firmware from the given link size (2.5g) :-

*Extract that zip, from the software folder extract SdUpdate.tar file.
*From there you can see a dload folder containing PRA-AL00I_channel_in folder and an UPDATE.APP file).
*Copy that dload folder to your external storage (sdcard).
*Now the dload method :-
*Turn off the device.
*Press volume up, down and power button at a time for about 10 sec.
*Now it will start to install the firmware wait till the end without making any troubles.
*Make sure that your device is not going to die without charge.
*First time wait for completing till 100%,then it will reboot and start to install another part so wait till it finishes in 100%.
*Yup thats it you got your device back with fresh stock rom...

Its the stock rom.... Which is the rom applied when you brought your device.
For PRA-LA1?

Does this one will have the Huawei Boot logo, because since an update I have a Honor Logo on my phone at boot.

No it will huawei boot logo.... And its an official rom for huawei gr3 2017.

I downloaded the file you told me about, copied it in a dload folder on my sdcard, but it still refuses to install, failing at 5%. I precise that my phone is working under the last update from hhuawei, build number PRA-LA1 8.0.0.361 (C185). Because I want to sale this phone and solve a fingerprint issue since the last update, I need to restore it to stock with a proper firmware (not having a Honor boot logo). Any help please

You have to told me that before.... I think you were in nougat rom.... So it was oreo.... Ok i will provide for that...

Ok I'll give it a shot, but I am pessimistic. Isn't it possible to revert and downgrade to Nougat?

I gave it a try, it didn't work, also failed at 5%. I connected my phone to HiSuite with my PC and was able to downgrade to Nougat, but I still have a problem with my Fingerprint sensor, and I know that it's a software problem not hardware. Anyway, thank you for your help, deeply appreciated

My fingerprints was working just fine and after an update its setting disappeared from the phone's parameters. The official Oreo update made it appear again but after the last update, the settings vanished again. My phone was checked by a technician and the sensor physically works well that's why I'm convinced the problem is a software problem not a hardware one.

Is it possible to downgrade (from 151 to 132 - to be able to rehabilitate the use of alternative launchers) without having the root?
If possible and someone has already done it, can you tell me if all the data from the internal memory are lost?

You can go back with Dload Method.
But only to 125 Version and yes you lose all Data.You can Backup with the most Files with Huawei Backup App

I try to follow this guide for Dload Method: https://forum.xda-developers.com/p10-plus/help/installing-stock-firmware-using-dload-t3712305 or was a specification for the honor note 10 made?
Do you have a quick link to the UPDATE file for the HN10 to download?
Version 125 allows the gesture? After installing the 125 can not I upgrade to 132?
After making a backup with huawei backup (which should also save the data of the programs) I try to uninstall the default launcher via ADB and if it should go wrong I install it through the Dload Method.

You need not Root for Dload Methode the only Problem,from 125 goes direktly to 151
Here 125 to download,unpack and copy the dload Folder in the root from your SD Card.
Power off the Phone.
Press vol-,vol+ and Power Button at same Time to start the Update/Downgrade and release all Buttons.

These days I need the phone for work and I can not take it to the factory data.
However before starting from 0, I try to uninstall the default launcher and see if NOVA becomes the default launcher.
My problem is just that, with the 151 and the gestures I feel good.
Except that if uninstalling the launcher Huawei does not restart the smartphone, I wanted an alternative to have the opportunity to have a secondary launcher and then, only solution, to downgrade!
