Nope doesn't work. Shows the error CTS mismatch.

After applying desired theme, open Themes> tap user icon on upper left> Customize Theme> Icons> Default and then apply.

U can use NO DEVICE CHECK EXPOSED MODULE.it defenetely passes SAFTYNET CHECK

im testing it right now, no bugs as of the moment. im using the stock kernel though, as per advice by some chinese users. rom works great with the stock XWLA4 kernel. buggy with ardatdat 1.5 kernel. but i will test some more.

there are some little bugs of lidroid theme,if you changed the theme from lidroid market,the launcher setting will FC. Reboot your phone will repair it.

chinese forums says that lidroid theme-ing not 100% supported yet. let's leave it for now.
Few apps and settings are still exclusively in chinese even after changing the language - for example - keyboard settings. Plus if you want changes in application drawer to take effect u must restart your phone. Bit annoying.

this kanged rom will be updated whenever new CM10.1 nightlies/stable is available. but no guarantee tho as my broadband is very limited & speed is capped when reach quota :crying:
it takes ~10 minutes for me to mod the latest but to dload/upload may take time.

never tried "memo" or "floatnote" (it's the first time I try them)...so, I don't know if they are really great or if it is because 4.2.1 bring to better performance of Pen, but: pen is really really smoother, precise, real time etc than any other s-pen, papyrus or other tried to any other rom based on 4.1.2.....

- can't play video when activated from gallery. it need miui video player, I remove it. But if you browse from explorer, the video played well. I'm using huawei video player, more beautifull. the gallery need to be modded [just found it]

What about EAP-SIM? is it working with this rom,
I think default Chrome that, comes up with HUAWEI stock rom is the on that would work on this phone. Are you cooking this rom alone?
ICS chrome won't work. it's FC.
EAP-SIM still no work. in MIUI, I have to mod settings.apk and hack boot.img

I'm finding it hard to figure out what rom to install. I want a ROM with support for my own language - Norwegian. This and many other roms do not provide the stock multilanguage support. Please consider adding supported languages as a feature?
Anyways, in this ROM you get - English and some Chinese only. The OSK is great tho, it does support norwegian.

This rom is tested and should boot, try to flash one more time by wipping both cache's, factory reset and system, and then install rom, this time flash boot.img from cm10.1 rom...

Hi folks, after long time i made finally a new slim-rom bassed on v1.1 B01- Kitkat update from 25.7
I modified a custom ROM from myzte.cn
ROM is smoother than 4.3
What I did:
* Deleted some useless Chinese apps
* changed original email, calculator app with the original google ones
* changed dpi to 445 , looks better in apps and it´s stable
* default language is set to English
* added Apollo music app / original music app is deleted
* added 4.4 camera app
* deleted Chinese zte browser and replaced by default android browser
* added CM launcher
What was moded by the Chinese:
* it´s ROOTED
BUGS:
- NO ART support
- Dolby digital don´t work
- let me know
What you will need:
1. the great ZTE s291
2. Installed Recovery - tutorial here: s291 ROOT and RECOVERY
3. free space on your sd- card
Install instructions:
1. Put slim_kk_s291.zip to root of your SD-card
2. Put google apps also to the root of the card - download: http://d-h.st/AeM
3. Turn phone off and boot to recovery (hold volume up + power button until it vibrates then hold only the volume up button)
4. Wipe data /factory reset
4. Install slim_kk_s291.zip
5. Install google apps
6. Reboot phone
7. Enjoy

That´s not so easy to change the settings app. And the widget problem is still there but you have now choice to use Mifavor , Google now and CM launcher , on all the widgets work fine.
This ROM is actually pretty awesome. All the bloatware was gone and I got to root my device!!! thx so much jozco looking forward to new roms from you

Yeah it´s better than the stock , but i think that the optimalization on our device it´s not so good ... in few games i got a lot of lags , in 4.3 not , but the system seems to be more smoother , we will se on 30.7 (Wednesday) when the next update will be out... Than I try to make another slim rom , hope it will be better than this. And write me what launchers do you use , i can put them in the next update and the widgets will work.
How change battery life compare to 4.3 ROMs?

I really like to use go launcher but I don't want to use it because it won't let me add any widgets. Now I just use the google launcher. Hopefully in your next ROM you can add go launcher.
Viper4android?
Has anybody tried out viper4android. On my 4.3 Rom (B10) it works. Only dolby low power feature somtimes disturbes.

widgets (in NovaLauncher) and GravityBox don't work on Your ROM. Do they work on Trebuchet?
I have sometimes FC on Gapps. Am I the only one? And on "Clock" and "Trebuchet".
I have the same issues. Trebuchet is very unstable. Stock launcher seems to be stable, but it is hard to personalize (icon sheme, start bar,...)

Use the google now launcher. It's pretty stable for me.
My root acces just disappear ! first time I see that !
I downgraded to the slim-Rom 08. With this one the antutu Benchmark went down from 32.000 to 27.000. And there were a lot of chinese apps still inside.
