[APP][4.3+] StreamlineWatch - Find all your tv shows and movies in one app - Android Apps and Games

Hello all,
StreamlineWatch is an app to watch all your favorite movies and tv shows from many streaming providers such as Netflix, HBO, Hulu but also free replays from abc, FOX, CBS and many others (as well as TV Everywhere if it happens you still have the cable) in one simple app.
This is more a new interface to replace all these apps than just a movie search engine to check if a movie that you would like to watch is available in one of your subscriptions.
How many times did you watch a movie or tv show because one of your friend or colleague recommended it to you ? StreamlineWatch allows you to recommend to your friends the content that you really liked but also check what they recommended to you.
Happy to hear any feedback !

I am trying to improve so any feedback would be greatly appreciated !

Yes exactly. In order to watch Netflix content you need to have a subscription to Netflix, same for HBO, Amazon Prime... If you don't have any streaming subscriptions, you can still view all the free replays that you could normally find on the app of abc, CBS, Comedy Central, Crackle...
The objective is to gather all your content in one app to get better recommendations and find what you actually already have access to (a friend discovered later with StreamlineWatch that he paid for a movie while it was actually available on his Amazon Prime subscription for free).

Unfortunately the rights are different across regions so the app is only available in the USA for now. I am trying to expand though .

Thanks for the answer! Your app looks very interesting.

Any expansion for India

"This app is incompatible with all of your devices." LG G4 and Nexus 5 both running LineageOS 14.1. Located in the UK (Netflix is available at least). Not sure why they're incompatible, any idea?

This would be great for Android TV, but it doesn't appear to be supported.

Unfortunately StreamlineWatch is only available in the US for now but I'm working to expand in other countries. Why does it only work in the US for now ? Because even if Netflix is available in the UK, their movies/TV shows rights are different across countries and StreamlineWatch only contains the US catalogs of shows for now.

Totally agree, I'm working on it as well, hopefully available this summer . It's available on phone or tablets but you can also use it with your Chromecast for example or any cast to recent smart TVs.

Doesn't support nexus 5x ?

It should. Are you in the US ? If no, the app is unfortunately only available in the US for now but I'm working on developing asap abroad. I don't understand why the Google Store talks about device support instead of country location though...

Chromecast support would be the icing on the cake. Apart from that, thanks, great job!

Android TV already does this natively.

This app is a great idea, I'm so looking forward for this to be available in Italy, thank you OP!

Yes and no. I'm interested in a better option.

Suggestions:
Add Chromecast Support. Everyone wants to be able to cast it to their TV.
Add NBC and NBC Sports support
Many broadcast network apps (NBC, ABC, FOX, etc) have the ability to login through your cable subscription (DirecTV, Xfinity, Cox, etc). Once you login, you can view MUCH MUCH more content because you verified you pay a cable provider to view. Please add this capability.

Just please add support for other countries! Like Mexico, supported by services like Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime and Crackle. Thank you!

[Q] TV play list

Is there any app gives a full TV programs play list along with play times for a given station and notification?
TV Show Favs, the best app out there for tv shows and play times. Also alerts you when the show is on tv.

outside the US and its useless, hope someone makes a version for other countries as well or the option to tell the program what country you are in, so it grabs the information for that country
TV Guide Mobile and TV Listings for Android both do this as well, although the UI for TV Guide Mobile is not the best and you need the pro version of TV Listings to get all of the features. Both apps also limited to the US, though.

It's a good thing that I live in the US. LOL. Seriously, I think the dev said he'll add support soon. It's still a beta right?

[APP][4.1+] Pluto.TV - Curated Video Content 24/7

Hey all,
I've been working at Pluto.TV (http://pluto.tv) for a few months now as the lead mobile developer. We just launched today on the web, Android, and iOS.
It has been awhile since I've published an app, and I'm pretty proud of how the Android app turned out. 8/10 #HOLO?
The app is available on Android 4.1+ on all types of configurations. Chromecast support is coming soon!
Let me know what you all think.

This application works great and such a beautiful ui. Hands down one of the best TV applications on the market

Really great job. I can't wait for Chromecast support. I've only been watching for a couple hours (on desktop) and already, I can see it changing the way I use YouTube at home. Keep it up!
Any ETA on proper Chromecast support?
The PR surrounding Chromecast is all over the place right now. Your social media reps are claiming Pluto.TV does support Chromecast, but there's a difference between casting a browser tab and built-in Cast buttons (Chrome API and APIs for mobile apps). Right now, you can't cast from Android, and the only way to watch on TV is to cast a tab (which is laggy).
I'm also interested when true chromecast support will come for the mobile apps. Thanks

@jondwillis I think you should upload the app here too for those who don't have access to the playstore. Not everyone wants or uses a google account.
Nice app btw
Sadly it says unavailable in my country as well! (Brazil)
I'm getting an 'incompatible' error.
Running 4.4.2 (CM11) on a legacy device (satsuma).
Is it possible

Is it possible to get it without commercials? About a minute and a half of what I want to see, followed by three minutes worth of commercials.
It is very interesting to have a great TV at home. I really like it.
Recently I was scrolling on Instagram I found Pluto TV is such a great which supports Chromecast as well.

UK Android TV Apps

Is there any update to getting the UK TV apps (BBC iPlayer, My5, All4, ITV Hub) working on AndroidTV?
The most recent update I've found is that ITV Hub is officially on the ATV Play Store (and it's works amazingly)
However we are still without BBC iPlayer (Shield TV only), My5, and All4.
Searching same.. In one home I have all FireTVs and just came to another home which I have all MiBox Android TVs.
Kinda shocked to discover theres no iPlayer app..
Wondering if anyone has tried to extract and sideload the AFTV version.
If you do a search for BBC Iplayer, itv player etc on the likes of upto down, malavida you should find a SIDELOAD able apk file for those players. I have them on my firestick and android boxes and can mail you the apks of you struggle to find any for download. Be aware itv player is fussy with rooted devices.

My5 is now available but thats it so far as for sideloading, yhes it id doable but it is a horrible experience using the mobile versiond of those app on Android TV, i have the UK Fire apks i extracted from firestick last week, they install but crash immediately, i remember looking into this years ago and remember something about installing amazon app store, go on a browser and "Purchase" the apps you want to sideload so they are associated to your account, if i remember correctly the success rate was 50/50, i have recent APKs if anyone knows more than i do and could maybe strip amazon services from the apks? i can upload if you need, i havent got as far as trying this out yet
This is my ATV copy of My5 https://www.dropbox.com/s/ry17i7l7gjqkps4/com.channel5.my5_3.0.0.96.apk?dl=0

So, have been using this app since quite sometime and I find it wonderful the way we can get almost all channels on our smart phone/firestick. Developers of this app are friendly and add more features with every update. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for downloading our app
I'm new to using this app. Does it work in the United States. Because every time I cuts on it it's a black screen.
With the latest version ThopTV is really improved a lot, I think soon they will surpass other free IPTV apps.
Thread Closed.
Thanks
