convert GPE back to stock ?

yesterday I had to flash GPE because I tried to downgrade my stock 4.4.3 back to 4.3 (jelly bean). then I failed to downgrade and stuck with a bootloop .. later I flashed GPE rom with flashboot and now I have GPE 4.4.4 atm (xt-1032)
my question is can I go back to stock kitkat by flashing a rom with a custom recovery (TWARP or CWM) ? or should I have to convert the file format back to f2fs from ext4 before flashing another rom???

have you tried converting file system with TWRP ? if so what is the recommended version ?
another question, can I just go back to GPE 4.2.2 by flashing with fastboot ? if so , should I first need to wipe the system with the recovery before the downgrade ?

Version 2.7 (or newer):

You can just flash a fastboot Image (follow guide and run all commands or run included .bat if there is one) - nothing needs to be done in recovery.

Losing wifi after root ( D6633 ) please help

Hello , I have D6633 Xperia Z3 dual sim
I have unlock bootloader and flash twrp recovery

this SuperSu , I have losing my wifi :/
SO please help

Did you flash the specific recovery for your firmware?
Eg. If you are on .93 firmware, you need to flash the custom recovery for .93

Sorry to tell you that I don't know where you can download a suitable custom recovery for your ROM.
I searched for you but only found the one for .74 rom.
Or just flash a stock kernel of your rom via flashtool after you had rooted.

Look in the [NUT] Dual recovery thread in the cross device development section.
You do not need a certain recovery for each firmware version, just for each device.
Root, install recovery for Z3 and done

Help with recovery

Hi all, I'm on unlocked bootloader and I flashed the lastest 5.1.1 via flashtool on my D6603.
Now I need to install recovery to install the ROM that I'm interested in but after one try I installed it using this http://howtorootmobile.com/guide-install-twrp-recovery-sony-xperia-z3/ and after that the phone it's in a bootloop.... At least I managed to enter on the recovery and after that I flashed back the previus ROM that I have and now I reflashed lastest 5.1.1 via flashtool so can someone please guide me to install a recovery without having bootloops after doing so?
Nevermind: I installed the last TWRP and it's working now

Custom ROM (resurrection remix) os install help

Letv le 1s: In recovery mode it is showing only for 2 options (without twrp) 1.update system 2.clear data
If I download resurrection remix ROM and install it via 1.update system directly what will happen ??
My mobile USB data sync is not working, so am not able to install it in twrp and not able to root it.
How can I install resurrection remix is in my mobile ..... Please help

To install RR rom u need to flash TWRP first without it u can't flash roms other than stock rom...
And if u try to install rom in recovery mode (without TWRP) it won't be installed....
It will show signature error ...(may be ?).
So to install RR u should install TWRP first.....

No there is no need to root your mobile to flash TWRP
U just need a unlocked bootloader to flash TWRP....and for that u need a PC..?
U can also search on YouTube
And if are rooted then u can also flash TWRP with FLASHIFY.....
Hope you get it...

TWRP/CWM and ROM
First try to flash the latest TWRP/CWM recovery.
Boot to recovery.
Wipe System, Dalvik cache, etc.
Flash ROM.
Flash GApps.
Reboot.

Help Installing Stock Rom

I have rooted honor 8.I thought of updating my honor 8 with full ota update from huawei finder.I wiped everything using twrp (system,data..etc).I tried to install the rom update.zip file.It showed some error.I tried dload method with another sock rom.It also failed.I flashed the stock recovery via fastboot.I lost fastboot.I have only stock recovery.I cannot go to fastboot.What to do?

You need stock boot.img and recovery.img to flash an update.
