I hate to tell you this, but am afraid this is NOT POSSIBLE...
BGL & TUR are both part of the Multi-CSC OXM; as the product-code of your device is BGL, your firmware will stay BGL...
What does "Software Info" tell you (scroll down to "Software serviceprovider":
BGL BGL BGL or TUR TUR BGL ?

Hi, anybody know if theres any csc/multi csc that is unbranded and not part of the OXM big multi CSC?
Ive downloaded several firmwares from sammobile to try to find a unbranded firmware not "european" for the g955f and not inside the OXM, i would like to try a latinamerican unbranded firmware but it seems they r all inside the european OXM and the ones r not have all the carrier crap (splash screens and uninstalable bloatware).
Why do you want one that isn't in OXM?
I want a non OXM cause several things like bixby news and samsung members stuff sometimes appears in german and i can barely speak english lol, thats why i was looking for a latinamerica unbranded firmware but all unbrands like ARO or ZTO r inside this european multi csc so i always get OXM as default csc and i want a default english/spanish unbranded csc.
SOLVED: if anyone interested i used BVO (Bolivia) CSC and now evething is ok.

XSA Australia is pretty good too I think.
I received a dual sim S8+ model SM-G955FD (CSC XXV) that somehow was flashed with an Italian (CSC-ITV) SM-G955F single-sim ROM ..
It works fine, even dual-sim functionality, so on itself no real issue. Even a recent OTA update went fine and did not break anything.
But I would like to flash it back to the original SM-G955FD rom for XXV. I have downloaded the proper file and flashed everything via Odin (AP, BL, CSC, CP) but somehow it now has become a SM-G955F (CSC-PHN) ..
Am getting a bit confused now .. How do I get the sodded thing back to its original CSC with Odin? The S8+ is not rooted, and Knox is not tripped.
Any help would be welcome

I'll try to explain in a simple way...
That your CSC now is PHN is CORRECT!
Since introduction of the Note 7, Samsung is using for most European countries (and some other countries) the Multi-CSC OXM.
In The Multi-CSC OXM, these CSC's are included:
ACR AFG AFR ARO ATO AUT BGL BNG BRI BTC BTU CAC CAM CHO COO DBT DKR ECT EGY EON ETL EUR GLB ILO INS ITV KSA LAO LUX LYS MID MM1 MWD MYM NEE NPL ORX PAK PHE PHN ROM SEB SEE SEK SER SIN SKZ SLK SMA STH THL THR TMC TPA TPH TTT TUN TUR WTL XEF XEH XEO XEU XFA XFE XME XSG XSP XTC XXV ZTO
As you can see, PHN & XXV (original CSC of your device) are BOTH included in the Multi-CSC OXM
Because you flashed the firmware with CSC_OXM (NOT HOME_CSC_OXM) your device was resetted. The initial set-up sees, that your SIM-card is NOT from Vietnam (XXV) so it'll use the best CSC for your SIM-card, in this case PHN.
When you have a look at the "Softwaregegevens"-screen, scroll down to "Software serviceprovider" you probably see "PHN/PHN/XXV" which is CORRECT! (The last XXV can't be changed, because this is the product-code of your device).
Because your device is using the "correct" CSC-file now (PHN), probably VoLTE & VoWiFi (when available) will work now too, as well as "NL Alert"...
You'll also (probably) receive automatically OTA-updates...
I hope, this made it some clear to you...
PS: the SM-G955FD will be released in The Netherlands too
PS2: the ROM's for the SM-G955F & SM-G955FD models are the same
Thanks for the clarification ... There is however one strange thing that remains unexplained. Phone Info identifies my phone as a SM-G955F, not a SM-G955FD ... is that perhaps because Phone Info is not able to correctly read out the phone details?

Correct...
Phone Info doesn't read the correct CSC information also...
I hope I'm allowed to piggy back this thread for a quick question relating to this.
I have the XXV dual Sim. And VMC is the CSC I need to use. I had to install it via twrp and works great.
But how do I figure out which one to flash from Odin? I'd like to see which one it'll pick closest relating to my Sim card. XAC is the Canadian but it's not included in the multi.
Can you help clarify this for me? I'm starting to understand this.
Similar question for me. Is there a way to install Canadian (Fido) CSC on an unrooted stock SMG955FD. Knox is important to me but so is wifi calling.
Help please.
thanks.

Hello everyone, i just bought a gear S3 and apparently the Samsung pay is disabled.
I don't know if this is true but the seller told me that the s3 made in Vietnam do not have s pay enabled. Is this true? If yes, it's possible to enable it somehow?
The model is SM-R760, made in Vietnam.
Same issue
I've got the same issue. Vietnam make S3 frontier. Please let me know if you find a solution. :good:
Please try to differ...
IMHO all Gear S2 and S3 are manufactured in Vietnam.
Code:
SM-R720
SM-R732
SM-R760
SM-R770
.

.
This has nothing to do with Samsung Pay nor with Firmware Selection...
The Software cra ehm "trap"... is auto configured by Software... CSC related...
It depend on Sales Code which is active set on Device...

I do realise that all the samsung S3 are manufactured in Vietnam. But I think it depends on countries they are made for. I purchased my s3 via ebay (Overseas Seller) that why I'm having issues with Samsung Pay in S3. If it was an Australian Stock one, it would have been perfect.
I've got Samsung Pay working in my Phone (Samsung Galaxy S8). I've got samsung pay app in the Samsung Gear S3, but when I press and hold Back on the Gear S3 for 1–2 seconds. Come up with a message.
"Update Samsung pay on your phone to continue. ok.", Then this message comes up "Check your phone".
This message pops up in my phone screen "Samsung Pay is not supported in the country registered to the SIM card in your phone. ok".
This is my issue. Tried few forums but not helpful. TIA :good:

At the moment I have no idea how many countries/Sales Code/CSC have now public:
Code:
BQ[B]D2[/B]
I have only download FOTA from KOO (Sales Code)... if I remember correct.
KOO is something for Korea...
I have also no idea, if this Security chain require same Sales Code in both devices...
""""Master/Slave""""
If Phone is """Master""" device and Gear Sx is the Slave...
In Android handset world are hundred ways possible to identify activated Sales Code in handset...
Via Tools, via APKs, via Commands, via Brain.... via Codes, via menus...
In Tizen world ways are very limited... hidden, not End user friendly enough...
We have only 1 restricted Store...
And Apps and Tools are only selected by Samsung...
Are you able to check your Sales Code(s) / CSC in
A.
Handset...
You could also find here for Gear... via looking into Gear S Plugin data folder... from Gear Manager...
B.
With SDB Tool and only for Gear S3...
Code:
vconftool get -t string db/csc/salescode
Gear S2 and S3 are no Standalone devices like handsets... so maybe Security is doubled... in a row....

Ask a question. Who uses Samsung PAY?
Who has it?
(Sample R760XXU2BQC5) to get it to gather information.
R760XXU2BQC5 this is likely to be an inter version using S pay (there are two).
R760XXU2BQD2 this version of Korea can not use S pay (not supported SIM) F
R770XXU2BQD2 this version of Korea can not use S pay (not supported SIM) C

The same issue with me, i got a Vietnam product GEAR S3 but no Samsung pay for using. We can use Samsung pay in Vietnam from Sep. 13 as 1st time but it is not available in my Gear S3. Anyone can help me to fix. Thanks
I am having the same issue. I believe my watch is from Vietnam and I am in the US. I get the exact same messages "Samsung Pay is not supported in the country registered to the SIM card in your phone". I would love to find a solution to this, as I have been attempting multiple different ROMS for the past few months with no success.

Flashing with Odin and or WiFi Odin :good:

You need some skills to use SDB Tool... for install Retail Mode TPK...
Nothing really impossible...
But again. I can NOT help you remote... if this leads to "sideffects"...
In worst case scenario... Maybe Combination Firmware required... for repair...
I have no easy step by step 1 click solution which is 10000000 % safe...

Hmmmm...
Meanwhile I think Samsung Account data is important for the whole Spay chain/puzzle/riddle...
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00061420/
If we remember how hard it is to fake Samsung Account to enter other country Samsung Apps Store...
IMHO Samsung Account detect via Sales Code and MNC MCC your location...
Look at Screenshot taken from Tutorial in Link above...
Email for Samsung Account is visible...
As I told few times...
My GT-I9300 is toooo old to test self... I have only Android 4.3 ...
Only as info.

Edit 1.
If you use Google and search... you know what I mean... Example:

Tiny progress to understand how it works...
Thanx to users who helped me. :good:

I can NOT try self... as my GT-I9300 is too old with Android 4.3...
2.
Looks like this plugin is required...
Code:
com.samsung.android.samsungpay.gear

APKmirror for instance have few Versions... no idea if latest...
3.
Screenshot is photoshoped...
Because Samsung Account Email is visible.
Btw, very cool Security Feature :good: :good:
In biggest letter...
4.
Another friendly user logged output from this Plugin... before he see the same message.
So it is possible to LOG

Sent from my God Mode 10+
Hi,
I have a N9750, according to Phone Info App:
Phone Model: SM-N9750 / Galaxy Note10+ (Dual Sim)
Made in Vietnam
Product Code: SM-N9750ZSDBRI
Frimware's CSC Code: TGY
Active CSC Code: BRI
Available CSC Codes: BRI, TGY
So, I understand that I have a BRI phone with a TGY rom and a the CSC active is from BRI.
I will do a clean flash with Odin, since my phone upgraded from Android 9 to 10, by OTA (that is why there is "mixed rom" - a BRI unit with TGY firm)
My doubts are:
1) Should I use BRI rom, is that correct?
2) After doing this flash. is better to change CSC Active to TGY? Using SamKey (someone says that it has more features)
I use the mobile in Argentina.
thanks!
It is possible to change CSC with SamKey from BRI to the US CSC code?
With SamKey root is not required and you don't need to flash the firmware, i don't exactly know how it works, but if someone knows please answer.

It won't work as of now because your device isn't the same model # as the US device so you can't flash the US ROM -- what you can do is change it to TGY Hong Kong in samkey (just buy some credits on e-bay), and that is the one I recommend as being most compatible for use in the US (I have a SM-G9980/DS) S21 Ultra.
