Yes it is bootloop . As we see this is an older thread ,he might have solved it already

I have a friend with the same phone having the same problem.
So it all started a month ago...dont know what i did to the phone but ever sence then i am facing reboots every time my display is off....it never happens while display on or while charging.
I am using sony xperia t2 ultra dual.
I tried flashing stock rom multiple of time through androxyde, it works well for a day and then again after that, this issue occurs.
Currently i am facing more then 2-300 reboots everyday and it is very annoying...cant afford a new phone...plz help...its not a request....i am actually begging for help...

Boot your Android in safe mode.
If your Android is not restarting after booting in safe mode then their is third party app that causing random reboots.
Find and remove that app and see problem resolved or not.
Also try enabling developer options and getting the LogCat error-logging. It might be possible that something got corrupted and is causing a lockdown. Try filtering the log for Intent.ACTION_REBOOT maybe.

You can use an app called ALogcat from the Playstore, it will capture logs for you.

Might be,but before to be sure please try flashing stock Cos13.1x through fastboot.
probably both but software may fix it. Try SultanCM, he rewrote the drivers of the TouchScreen. It worked for me long ago, i cannot live without it anymore
I have the same problem.
For me, the problem appeared after I flash XOSP 7.2 rom, I reported the problem in the thread but have not had response yet.
I'm a little busy now but as soon as I got something I'm going back here to tell you.
Hello guys i bought a OPO for 30 euros ghwith a damaged lcd i changed it but the problem is when i start it there just the backlight screen and 2-3 sec after the screen is completely black but i can use it i can see the light of the capacitive buttons.. What's the problem should i buy another lcd (i got refunded) or which piece should i change.

Are you by any chance using KitKat/cm11s?
If yes,flash Cos13.1.x through fastboot to solve this issue.

There's also a temporary way to fix this issue on KitKat rom with generic display but it happens at every reboot again and again and it is if you're dying without KitKat.

Clean flash latest 30S from this thread.
I send the phone to the technician and he told me that the phone cannot be repaired because the files from modem(i don't know what this is) cannot load.
The phones build number is KGXCNF5902710271S and the EUI version is 5.9.028S i think this is not official.
If i found official EUI ROM with only CN/EN the baseband and IMEI problem will be fixed;

It can be easly fixed, your technician is just stupid. Clean flash this 30S mod from xda and you will get it back.
