There is an option in the app to disable the security fix - this will fix the camera. However while disabled it is vulnerable.

Thanks alot for your reply... I did unroot and factory reset yesterday.. but the camera is still failed.. where can i find security fix..? I had reinstall the app but cant root.. how i have to disible security fix.. help me..t hx
if you upgrade to 4.1.2 it should fix camera and close the exploit

I had the same problem. I went to Super SU then there was a option update supef su binary.
Then my whole system switched off and rebooted. Then camera started working?

I failed to root samsung galaxy s6 and i got it repaired at Samsung. The point is that today i've just tried to enable KNOX. Once enabled i had to reboot and it doesn't start up!
What is wrong with my mobile phone....

Hello, and welcome to XDA! Maybe your phone got partially rooted. Apparently this affects Knox irremediably: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/help/knox-root-permanent-t3061882. You could perhaps register and post your question in that thread for help.
