I recently received this as a gift. However I already own one and don't have a need for other one.
It is a brand new item with Samsung sealing intact.
So if anyone has an interest, please let me know. I will sell it for $28. Shipping will be additional $7 (by FedEx).
$28 ?
I suspect that's a typo lol

No, it's not. Not trying to make any serious profit from fellow Galaxy 8.9 admirers.
Wow. That's an incredible price. If I didn't have one already I'd be all over this. Its an excellent piece of gear - absolutely transforms the tablet into a mini laptop.
That is indeed very generous of you, just a pity you're not shipping outside of the US
I too have a brand new keyboard dock that I'm not using. Same price + actual cost for international shipping (I have no idea what it is). If someone is interested please PM me.
Sold.
ghost you still selling?
I'm a buyer in Georgia US if anyone is selling.

Hi all-
sorry. I haven't checked this forum or my PMs in a while. Yes, I still have the dock. It is still brand new and unopened and sitting on my desk. Same price as before: $28 + actual cost of shipping (my estimate is that it will be ~$7 for domestic US shipping).
Please email me if you're interested. agasthya at gmail dot com
thanks.

Also, I have an SD Card thingie that plugs into the dock port if anyone is interested (also new and unopened). It is this thing: http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/galaxy-tab-accessories/EPL-1PLRBEGSTA
I think $10 shipped is a pretty fair price for that guy. Same deal. if you're interested please shoot me an email.

Just a reminder or info if you didn't know. Go to Samsung.com and register your phone. They'll e-mail you a coupon code for 50% off an accessory under $50. Used it to get the Spare Battery w/ Charger for $25, plus shipping if you aren't getting anything else. Not bad!

I must be on the wrong page then. I dont see a Carrier option. I've been going here :
http://www.samsung.com/ca/mysamsung/product/myssMyProduct.do
Where have you been going?
Is it necessary to provide all registration info to receive the 50% off? (i.e. IMEI and other purchase information)
I registered my device model but did not want to provide any further info.
Yeah, you have to give them the purchase info I'm pretty sure.
I did notice when I was using the coupon that it counts for ALL items under $49.99 you put in your cart. You can add as many items as you want and they're all half price. The individual items just have to be under the 49.99 price. So you can't throw in those $150 headphones and get them half off. But you COULD get a battery charger, second spare battery and a car mount and each would be 50% off.
I had already bought spare batteries so I didn't need anything but the car mount...you might though. Go get your deal! :good:
This works only in America?

Has anyone found a source for ordered an additional charger for the Watch Urbane 2nd Edition LTE?
The pins look about the same as the original Watch Urbane, but the pins are near the top strap on the 2nd Edition versus the pins near the center pin on the original Urbane.
Thx.
Interested. Did u find a replacement?

I found this on a LG forum
This device does not come expressly with a charging cable. It must, instead, come with the charging cradle. Parts and accessories can be obtained through our parts distributor, MCM Electronics. Their contact number, for placing orders and pricing information, is 800-824-9491. You can also use their website, at http://www.mcmelectronics.com/content/en-US/forms/lg_parts. The part number for the charging cradle is EAY64209901.
Or they say contact your service provider

Still $499 on Essential website. Pricing Error? Ordered my yesterday from Amazon for $449, looking forward to it.
Either a misprint, or Best Buy is doing what they did with the iPhone X and charging $200 more and pretending that it is because they have them in stock, and that if people are willing to pay it, why not charge more? They took some heat over that last month but apparently its part of their business model to jack up the prices of high demand items.

Ah good ol' Best Buy. Anything you can do to try and keep the business afloat.
It's still $450 on Amazon. I saw the price jump and nope'd all the way over to Swappa and got a new in box model for 335, plus 60 for a protection plan! Score!
I just finally bought one today at Best Buy. The sign in store said $449, but it rang up as $699. The salesperson changed it back to $449 for me.
Yeah, they're either gouging again or it's an error. Still officially $499 straight from the source and $449 at Amazon and even cheaper at a few other places. So avoid Best Buy.
Now on Amazon it's $499.99 for Black Moon and $594.55 for Pure White. Looks like I got mine just in time.
First I was having trouble deciding between pixel 2XL and the Essential. After researching I was going to pull the trigger on the Essential as Best Buy had them in stock and if I could not like it in 14bdays I could return it. That way I could give it an honest try. But when I went to Best Buy...they wanted 699.99 when I got to regestered. Showed them Amazon’s and Essential prices and tried to explain to them a few weeks ago Best Buy dropped price to 499.99. They would not price match because it is Black Friday. So I walked away empty handed and NOT happy.

Yeah it's pretty clear in the contract, you are not singing a contract with a length agreement, you can break it whenever, it's 5 a month for 18 months and a 30 dollar option to buy, using it in at&t now, took them just a few days to unlock it after I paid it off, I did the payoff in the Sprint online chat and had them verify I owned the phone and had no obligation to Sprint, they will email you a copy of the chat transcript, so should they ever give me a hard time I have it all in writing, I bought 3 this way, so I have a backup and gave one to my mom lol

As for repercussions, it all depends on what you are willing to put up with. The deal itself is pretty straight forward, in that you sign up for an 18 month lease ($5 per month for 18 months), with the option to return the phone at the end of the 18th months, or decide to keep it and pay the remaining 6 months (Purchase Option Price, or something like that, I don't remember the exact wording). The nice thing about the lease, is there are no restrictions on you paying it off the first day, which basically costs you: $25 initial purchase price at checkout + $5*18 ($90) + $5*6 ($30 POP) + taxes. So $145 + taxes. Before you actually checkout and hit the submit button, you will be provided a copy of the Flex Lease agreement that breaks down the monthly payment, total payments, and the POP (purchase option price). So potentially the cheapest you could get the phone for, without taking into account any other costs (see below) is $145 + tax.
Of course, there could also be some additional costs to take into consideration, such an activation fee ($30). If you do this in a store that has some stock, you generally will have to pay the $30, though Sprint may still be waiving this fee if you order online. A shipping fee of ($10), i.e. if there are no local stores that have stock of the phone for local pickup (which eliminates the $10), and potentially 50 days of service if you phone isn't unlocked after you pay it off initially. For most folks taking advantage of this deal, it seems that as soon as you pay off the phone/lease (like the first day you get the phone and activate it), your phone will be unlocked eligible about 2 - 3 days later. You can check this by performing a UICC unlock request within the about phone, ODAM settings (again, can't remember if this is the exact menu title, but if you look through the first page of the slickdeals thread, it breaks it all down). However, there is no guarantee that it will be unlocked during the first couple of days after payoff, so it is best to go in with the understanding that it could take 50 days before Sprint will officially unlock your paid off phone, so assume $80 for phone service for 2 months. (The $45/2gb plan, with $5 discount with autopay)
So, a top end price of the phone could potentially be: 145 + tax + 30 activation + 10 shipping + 80 service cost. (or approx. $265 + tax)
Finally, one thing people don't talk about, is in order to sign up for Sprint and add a line (if you are a new customer), is that they will perform a credit check. If you were planning on getting a loan, or in the process of buying a house, etc., I would avoid getting any credit pulls at this time. (But that is just me ).
With that in mind, you have to decide is a high end price of $265 + tax a good enough deal. Personally, I still think it is a great deal for this phone.
What most people appear to be doing, who have no interest in actually using Sprint, is paying off the device as soon as possible, getting it unlocked in 2 - 3 days after payoff, and then canceling service, all within the 14 day satisfaction window. Some folks say Sprint will prorate the service fee, others say you will have to pay at least 1 months service. The deal is has only been out for a couple of weeks, so there isn't a 100% understanding of this yet.
i spoke to my old buddy who i used to work with at sprint 10 years ago. he told me that they will charge you the rest of the balance if you do it that way

Agreed, it is all clearly written down in the lease agreement / purchase option price on how much one will/can spend on the phone. Sprint's goal with this promo, I suspect, is to obtain as many subscribers as possible. I am sure the planned for a percentage of these new subscribers leaving and paying off the device.
Amazon has the PH-1 on sale again, this time for $279.99
If you are tempted to get the 360 camera, Essential has it on their website (in the accessories tab) for $49.00 + shipping
I ordered the Halo Grey for $279.99, no way I could pass up that deal. Eventhough it's "old tech", it's still a relevant device, and with the amazing mfgr support so far, it was an easy decision.
I bought it as a backup, and out of curiosity. Turned it on, hooked to wi-fi, and went from 7.1 to 9 immediately.
My current driver is a mate9, but I've been using the Essential for about a week with zero issues. Battery easily is
lasting a day, which was my only concern coming from a 4,000 to a 3,000mAH battery.
One little maybe glitch is a known issue with signal strength, but, even with "no bars" showing from time to time,
it still is connected. So far, so good. And even with the smaller screen, the resolution from LCD to OLED is unbelievable.
I bought this on Prime Day.
I'd be soooo mad if I paid full price for this...or even if I paid $399 on Black Friday 2017...

Kind of an ignorant thing to say, don't you think?
Bought on late last week on sale for $329. Then the next day it dropped to $280. Checked with Amazon about price matching (they weren't able to do anything). Oh well. Enjoying the phone even though it took me a long time to get everything transferred from my old phone (S7 Edge). One thing I do miss is the Always On Display. I tried a couple of apps but they were draining the battery too much.
Just ordered one from Amazon for $279. I was on the fence since I've been apple for 4 years and have been tinkering with my old android devices on and off. Hope I don't regret it. Maybe moving from my 6sPlus (just got my $29. battery replacement from Apple). My last devices were kitkat!

Well, my experience is that Amazon will credit the difference for purchases made within 7 days. But it's very YMMV and I did it whilst speaking to a rep via their online chat. You can ask to speak to another person (or better yet, end the chat outright), though whether you succeed is their choice.

Sorry I edited my post as you were replying as I got my answer.
Chat would not refund the difference and could not stop shipping as it was in last stage. They said I can request it be returned from courier once I get shipping confirmation.
I ordered a second at cheaper price and will try to get it stopped or ask again for difference refunded. If they refuse both I will sell second one on ebay once it arrives.

The price on Amazon just went up to $365! Darn, I knew I should have ordered one!
See Mr. Andy Rubin...price your phone a little better and people WILL buy it.
A small profit per phone at a better price, is better than NO profit per phone at an expensive price.
People can boo-hoo Oppo all they want, but I think in some sense, it was a smart idea to do what
they did with the OnePlus brand. Sell them DIRT CHEAP, built brand loyalty a bit, and increase the
price for each phone. Make little to no profit to start with, but build it up over time.
But, I guess he thought because my name is Andy Rubin, everyone will buy my phone for whatever
price I sell it for because "I am Andy Rubin". Well, outside the tech world, the general public has NO IDEA
who you are buddy. 700 dollars for what is to the general public, a no name phone, it WAY out of line.
Hopefully, with the sales of the PH-1, someone will knock some sense into Mr. Rubin and get him outside
the west coast tech bubble to see how the REAL world works!

OK, now they're playing games -- it's up to $345.00 now.
I just grabbed one today and payed 260 euros with VAT and shipping to The Netherlands. I use a OnePlus 3T at the moment and I was planning to wait for 6T but at this price I couldn't resist. I still think Essential is the best looking phone on the market. If I am happy with its performance I might use it for longer and skip the 6T. My only concern is the photo quality with GCam and the signal strength.
Mine is replacing a 2 week old OnePlus 6. Not that I don't want it but because the wife has took a shine to it lol.
